Great location, fine for a very short stay, but not clean and comfortable enough to stay longer than two days

Great location, right on the beach and very walkable

Cons:

Shower was dirty and chipped. Towels were threadbare and there was no washcloths, just two medium size towels and two hand towels, which made drying hair and face and hands hard for two adults. AC was helpful but even set to a low temp, it was warm and humid in the room. I had food delivered but they arrived a few minutes before I got back, and the front desk person wouldn’t let the delivery driver drop off the food, they gave them a hard time and made them stand and wait.

Sauberkeit im Haus u rooftop ist jetzt nicht so ihr Ding.

Fehlender Hinweis, dass die Zimmer-Reinigung an der Rezeption bestellt werden muss. Irreführende info im Zimmer zu den Handtüchern…

Wc Spülung, Waschtischarmatur und fensterverriegelung war alles lose u knapp vor dem kaputtgehen.

Beach front stay at Venice Beach
Pros:

The location is absolutely perfect. Is right at Venice Beach, with direct access to the beach. Could not be better. Also, there is an amazing rooftop were you can have dinner or breakfast and enjoy the view.
