Nice and cosy
Pros:

Location, near Westbahn train station and near Mariahilferstrasse. It was very clean, towels changed daily; breakfast very good and quite varied. The reception staff are very kind and friendly.

Cons:

The coffee machine at the reception was broken. The room was small, with the toilet separate from the bathroom (which had a shower). The room door do not close well; you have to pull them very hard. And the room price is very high—3 nights now cost more than 7 nights did a few years ago.

A reggeli kínálat gazdag volt, finom, frissek voltak az ennivalót. A szálloda könnyen elérhető, jó környéken van.

Ein schönes Hotel, welches man immer wieder gerne bucht <3

Das war unser 2. Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Wir würden dieses Hotel immer wieder buchen. Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen für einen City Trip. Es gab gratis Kaffee & Tee in der Lobby, wofür wir uns bedanken möchten. Da wir das 2go Angebot nutzten. Ebenso ist das Frühstück von der Auswahl her sehr ausgiebig & sehr lecker & empfehlenswert. Danke auch für die laktosefreie Milch. Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig und hatte sogar eine Badewanne. Das Lichtkonzept in diesem Zimmer war perfekt. Für die für meinen Geschmack zu harte Matratze , gabs eine extra Decke, die dieses ,,Problem" sofort gelöst hatte :) : Ich danke dem Reinigungspersonal nochmal sehr dafür - auch dafür, dass es überall sehr sauber gewesen ist. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich & die Rezeptionistin , die schon letztes Mal vor Ort war, ist ein Traum! Sie ist so freundlich & zuvorkommend :) , genauso wie ihre Kollegin bei der Abreise. Die Koffer kann man auch kostenlos verwahren lassen. 10/10! Wir kommen gerne wieder :) & wenn ich du wäre, würde ich das Hotel buchen <3

Lage sehr praktisch, mit öffis gut zu erreichen!

Cons:

Zimmer und Bäder sind teilweise schon etwas abgenutzt, aber trotzdem ist alles sauber.

Nettes Hotel-wir würden wieder kommen
Pros:

Die Nähe zum Westbahnhof war perfekt, da wir mit dem Zug, der Westbahn, angereist sind und in fünf Minuten im Hotel waren. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch alles immer sauber. In der Nacht war es sehr ruhig. Frühstück bietet alles, was man im Normalfall braucht.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein extrem kleines Bad, was grenzwertig war. Trotzdem konnten wir uns damit arrangieren.

Нема кафе на апарату. Све време боравка нису допунили кафу у апарату.
