loved every minute, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome

Fab hotel, stunning spa, the pool was amazing, pool area soooo relaxing, pool bar brilliant, food excellent, staff were fabulous, the italian/greek ground floor restaurant was lovely

the rooftop restaurant for dinner wasnt open as they were busy creating new menus...just bad timing for us

The location and the housekeeping staff

Cons:

The bed was not comfortable. There was no view and there was no way to cast movies to the room television. Wr were told we didn't have a premium room and could not access it. We stayed at the Luwian and it was smaller but very nice and much cheaper.

Short and sweet memory of Athens
Pros:

Excellent location, staff and comfort. Steps to shopping and great restaurants.
Just need to improve some small - making stays more enjoyable

Cons:

Swimming pool hours: 10AM to 6:30PM, can't really use it to exercise norfor sunrise view or sunset view.
Jacuzzi bathtub in or room 103 had dirty ring around it.
Glass door to bathroom need to better cleaning.

The hotel doesn't have its own parking lot, but there's one just 50 meters away, so you can safely leave your car there.

Cons:

The room was cozy, but the sofa bed was uncomfortable and creaked a lot; it wasn’t suitable for an adult or an older child to sleep on. The towels were definitely very old and had lost their color. In the mornings, housekeeping would come into the room as early as 9 a.m. on weekends while we were still sleeping. The breakfast venue, as well as the quality and selection of the breakfast itself, are not befitting of a hotel of this caliber. They really need to put their hearts into it there.

The staff were helpful, but they were more often dealing with their own issues, arguing, and paying little attention to the guests. This was especially noticeable in the SkyLounge.
