According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Uma experiência excelente do início ao fim! O apartamento é exatamente como mostrado no anúncio, limpo, confortável e com tudo funcionando perfeitamente.

Os funcionários são ótimos, todos educados. Mas o quarto estava cheio de baratas e lençol sujo, café da manhã alguns itens com aparência de passado

Lavanderia incluída na proposta é uma terceirizada que demoraria mais de 48hrs para entrega de roupa. Piscina é de 80cm de altura, não incluída na proposta, a academia não possuía manutenção de equipamentos, não havia regularização e calibragem do UNICO equipamento para costas e peito. Durante 2 de 6 passagens na recepção houve atrito da mesma funcionária com outros hóspedes, incluindo usando a frase: "se o senhor teve problemas aqui mais de uma vez então não venha mais aqui", onde o hóspede não estava de forma alguma alterado. era uma moça mais velha de luzes e óculos escuros. Eu julgo que a mesma não deveria ser "a cara do hotel" estando na recepção e percebi sim, após conversas entre elas que ela esta passando a forma de trabalhar para outras colegas.

Mesmo sem pedir, as toalhas foram trocadas. Falo isso porque havia o aviso claro que só seriam trocadas se estivessem no chão. E não estavam. Então, essa troca foi contra a questão do meio ambiente, desnecessária!
As acomodações são muito confortáveis, a localização é muito boa, o atendimento é de excelência.
