Friendly, clean, proximity to town square
Nothing
The hotel is perfectly located to visit the important sites. Almost all are in a short walking distance It's very close to the Wawel castle, the Peter & Paul cathedral and the main market square. The staff at reception was professional, helpful and competent.
Many rooms ( including ours) have no view and only a window facing the inner ( covered) courtyard which serves as a lobby. The room felt pretty dark, difficult to get fresh air. The breakfast was a pain - there is a small buffet , but mostly you have to order a la cart and the kitchen is extremely slow even when there are just few guests for breakfast ( 30 min waiting time for a boiled egg) and they mix up orders.
Even though the facility was beautiful and comfortable the very best part of the place was the superb friendly staff. The location couldn't be beat.
Everything was perfect. We didn't want to leave. There really wasn't anything that we didn't like about this wonderful hotel. Some might balk at the price but we certainly got what we paid for and would love to return.
We truly enjoyed your hotel and the Old Town! Krakow is such a beautiful city! Very walkable, so clean and welcoming! The hotel accommodations, staff and dining areas were exceptional. We came to Krakow to visit Auschwitz primarily and to never forget the human capacity for evil. We left with profound memories we will always remember. Thank you for such a remarkable experience in your country!

Exelente diseño, excelente atención.
No hubo nada que no me haya gustado.
We had a good time here and also with good Polish wine.
J’ai dû me débrouiller avec ma valise.
