Cheveux laissés dans le lavabo et autre sur le wc. Poubelle sdb a changer car rouillée.

Lovely break in Aix en Provence
Pros:

The room was large, bed very comfortable... shower and bath were excellent also great breakfast. Nice quiet area but easy to get into town by the number 4 bus which leaves from just round the corner.

Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt. Tolle Gegend aber das nächste Mal garantiert ein anderes Hotel!
Pros:

Lage der Unterkunft perfekt… Bushaltestelle 1 Minute zu Fuß, schöne Wohngegend, sehr sauber, gepflegt und sicher!
Betten sehr bequem, Größe des Zimmers komfortabel und ausreichend.

Cons:

Kein Balkon und kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer. Da es schon sehr heiß war, hatten wir keine Möglichkeit unsere Getränke kühl zu lagern!

Bei Anreise wurde mitgeteilt, dass die Zimmer nur alle zwei Tage gereinigt werden und somit auch Handtücher alle zwei Tage gewechselt werden, was für uns auch kein Problem darstellte. Allerdings wurde unser Zimmer während unseres kompletten Aufenthalts gar nicht gereinigt!! Als wir eine Mitarbeiterin angesprochen haben, teilte sie uns mit, dass wir die gewünschte Reinigung vorher hätten anmelden müssen! Ihr Chef hat sich dann noch bei uns entschuldigt wegen ihrer unfreundlichen Reaktion und hat uns zumindest frische Handtücher und Toilettenpapier mitgegeben.
