It was okay
Pros:

I had a good sleep, the bed was comfortable, the room was clean. Breakfast was good. The place looks modern.
Check-out is until 12.

Cons:

They didn't have wifi that evening I arrived. My room had a tiny window only, and since it was on the groundfloor looking onto the parking lot, I couldn't really benefit from any fresh air.
Since I stayed at this place as a transit only between the airport and my final destination, I didn't want to spend much time in my room. So it was acceptable for 1 night.
When checking out, they almost charged me for 2 breakfast, I had to remind them that I already paid.
