Air conditioning was not working. During heat wave this was dangerous. The fan provided only had one speed and was extremely noisy so it was not able to sleep. The toilet smelt badly of drains the basin was not clean.
Le réceptionniste était très professionnel, accueillant et d'une grande gentillesse. Nous sommes arrivés très fatigués, et il nous a réservé un excellent accueil. Il nous a expliqué avec beaucoup de patience comment prendre les transports pour nous rendre à Genève. Il était vraiment très sympathique. Merci beaucoup !
parking in front of the room, room size, Aircon, friendly stuff for me perfect for one night
We were in an upstairs bedroom, (first floor). The room had 3 single beds, toilet/shower and air conditioning.
A kettle was provided in the room .
The breakfast was good although you had to cook your own boiled eggs, which was no hardship for 19 minutes, but people coming in later just took them if you weren't standing guard. The choice of breakfast was very good and it was continental. Lots of lovely coffee and food choices.
The staff were absolutely lovely.
The restaurant wasn't a restaurant so don't expect anything in the evening.
We asked for the hotel to arrange a taxi to take us to CERN. A limousine arrived with no taxi meter. The journey is 9-12 minutes normally approximately 3-4 miles. That journey cost us 45 Euros. My advice is to catch a bus to Ferney Voltaire and get a bus to Geneva for €3.20 each.
This is a Motel rather than a hotel I'd say. There are lots of builders staying during the week and not really a family hotel, so it does get busy regarding parking. However as far as reviews locally it's far better than the other hotels in the area.

la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas
et nous etions au premier étage sans ascenseur avec deux valises soutes (ma mère a 76 ans , j'ai dû porté les 2 valises dans les escaliers très raides)
L’obstination à refaire le lit chaque jour avec une couette d’hiver par 37 degrés.
