Mon arrivée ayant été plus tardive que prévue, j'ai apprécié que la réception demeure ouverte toute la nuit. Le personnel à l'accueil et au départ a été charmant.

What a disappointment
Pros:

Conveniently close to Geneva, free parking in front, gated area

Cons:

Filthy rooms, rude and disrespectful receptionist, thin walls, very noisy, you can hear people talking on the phone in the neighbouring rooms. Very poor selection for breakfast, the same receptionist that gives no information about brekafast time or location, is the person to help out, so don't count on getting help with anything.

Lieu calme et propre, bon accueil, bonne literie literie, ménage à revoir.
Pros:

Le personnel de l'accueil est très disponible et accueillant a l'écoute, lieu propre. Endroit calme. Demande respectée.

Cons:

Le personnel de chambre reste moyen, celle-ci n'est pas nettoyée à fond et lit pas fait tous les jours ?

Pros:

Le personnel est exceptionnel, attentif, essaie de trouver des solutions a chaque demande, souriant, vraiment beaucoup d'hôtel devraient en prendre exemple.

Cons:

Les chambres sont vétustes, l'isolation manque, la douche est limite, filet d'eau.
Les petites déjeuner sont très bien en revanche le choix de cet hôtel était pour le restaurant qui n'existe pas.
