Klein aber Fein
Pros:

Das Hotel ist zwar sehr klein und hat nur 1 🌟 Stern. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, bequeme Matratze. Das Frühstück war besonders gut. Es war alles frisch und es hat alles gut geschmeckt. Uns hat an nichts gefehlt. Für Aufenthalt gebe ich 9,5 aus 10 Punkte.

Cons:

Die Lage war 👌 ok. Etwas zu weit von Autobahn und von Center. Ansonsten ist alles gut.

Personne à l'accueil vraiment pas aimable ( l'homme en tout cas, la femme au petit déjeuner rien à redire ), nous avions pris 2 chambres, l'une des 2 sentait terriblement la cigarette, nous avons demandé à changer, la encore, la sympathie du monsieur était vraiment abusé !

Die Flexibilität der Mitarbeiter, die Rezeption war sehr lange offen, direkt gegenuber ein Hotel mit Bewirtschaftung, dort dürfte man Essen und Trinken

Als wir ankamen, wurden über eine ganze Stunden darüber diskutiert, das für uns kein Zimmer frei sei, trotz Booking.com Bestätigung und bereits Zahlung., dann haben sie uns im Souterrain untergebracht, dunkel, laut, heiz. Morgen hat uns eine super nette Rezeptionistin direkt bemüht uns ein anderes Zimmer zu geben. SUPER

Séjour fonctionnel mais pas confortable. Personnel exceptionnel
Pros:

Petit déjeuner correct , mais on voit que le pain est décongelé. Personnel très agréable, bonnes explications, changement de chambre demandé car la chambre réservée sentait fort le tabac : la personne de l’accueil a accédé à ma demande immédiatement.

Cons:

La chambre était froide et matelas très très ferme.
D’autre part, des ouvriers ont crié et tapé dans les portes des 6h du matin et j’ai du intervenir pour que ce vacarme extrêmement matinal se calme . Est-ce les ouvriers qui interviennent sur l’établissement en travaux ?
Que 2 serviettes de bain pour chambre de 3 places, pas de tapis de bain .
