The location, dual bathrooms, kitchen facilities
The upstairs floor creaked when you walked in it and the water pressure in the upstairs bathroom was not great
Location was great. Free parking!
Our property was not very clean when we arrived and had some socks that were left on the floor from the previous person. Had to hand wash a lot of the crockery/utensils that were provided before use as they weren’t clean. We had rotten floorboards in the living room. A lot of the gym equipment and the outdoor hot tub was ‘out of order’. We were refused 2 champagne glasses from reception to bring back to our room on the day we were getting married. And on the day of departure the cleaners came to our room before the time of check out so felt very rushed out. Extremely overpriced.

The staff is amazing, especially the shuttle drivers. Having the shuttle was nice but it needs to run more frequently.
The hotel as an institution needs some serious updates and a deep clean. Touch-ups can only go so far without needing something more. The facilities are in disrepair, including the washing machines, pool/hot tubs, and general rooms. This property has the opportunity to be really good, but bit it needs some investment.
The hotel is seriously behind the times: you can't use a credit card for the washing machine and there is no ATM on site. It is 2026!
The location and price. 3 miles from downtown Banff for a fraction of the cost. About 1/4 mile off the main highway. The resort is a little dated but has everything you need. Restaurant, pool, hot tubs, tennis and pickleball courts, playground. Bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was excellent. Loved having a full kitchen. The staff here were so pleasant and helpful.
If you're in a first floor unit, you hear every footstep from the unit above you. If you're sensitive to this, request a 2nd floor unit. Things are a little dated, but if you're not a "hotel snob" this place has everything you need and costs about 1/3 of newer resorts and hotels in downtown.

Preisleistung stimmt nicht.Dir ganze Einrichtung ist renovationsbedürdigt.Vorallem das Badezimmer.
Und vorallem die Poollandschaft war schrecklich benötigt dringend eine Renovierung. Auch im allgemein sehr schmutzig.

Stay two nights this time, the first night we stayed in a room (#1402) having noisy suspected created through an annex house (electricity humb all night), the 2nd day we talked to the front desk and we were changed to another room (#1101), it is a nice and quiet room, thanks for the hotel staff!

The desk was so friendly and helpful, even offering to help us with our bags and wheelchair. (We declined his help at this time but massively appreciated the offer!)

We had temporary lost our luggage and she didn’t seem to care nor want to help. Was very unenthusiastic during check-in and could see we were struggling with a wheelchair and didn’t offer to help with anything.
We totally understand tourism / peak-time,
But the price should reflect the true value of the assets
Location was great, main bed was really comfortable.
It needs some updating, especially the hide-a-bed. It looks old and worn and is really noisy.
