Ich hatte ein extrem lautes Zimmer in de Nähe der Poolanlage erwischt, da war nicht an Schlaf zu denken.

Our superior two bedroom had no mirrors in at least one of the bedrooms and no clocks in the rooms.
Stairs creak very loudly.
Room and location were excellent. Bed was comfortable enough. We had a two bedroom condo so was spacious enough for the three of us. Two washrooms was a bonus.
Resort needed updated marketing as they are missing some great opportunities. Also their grounds staff needed more attention to the eaves. Moss growing in the troughs and hanging down. Rain could not flow through eaves
It’s quiet and surround by mountains.
Crossing the road to main lobby was not covienence plus there is too many cars passing by especially there is no light when u cross in the evening.
The shuttle can be a bit more often instead of every hour.
Das Hotel lieht außerhalb von Banf und besteht aus mehreren Gebäuden. Wir waren in dem Nebengebäude, dass am östlichsten liegt und das Zimmer ging auch die Richtung. Darauf bezieht sich auch die Bewertung. Die Zimmer entsprechen nordamerikanischem Standard und hübsch eingerichtet. Die Lage war sehr ruhig und wir konnten mit offenem Fenster ohne Klimaanlage schlafen. Sehr angenehm. Die Zimmerdecke ist allerdings sehr hellhörig. Am zweiten Morgen sind die Gaste über uns früh aufgestanden. Damit waren wir dann auch wach. In den Ort braucht man keine 10 Minuten.
Aus unserer Sicht gibt es zwei kleine Nachteile. Durch die Lage speziell unseres Zimmers muss man mit seinem Gepäck einmal ums Gebäude rum. Dafür fahren auf der Seite eben keine Autos. Und dadurch, dass das Hotel außerhalb liegt, muss man immer fahren, wenn man nach Banff möchte. An sich kein Problem, wenn da nicht die Parksituation in Banff wäre.
Suites are a good option. Great to have a dog friendly patio. Nice waitress.
No air conditioning- bed was small, unit close to the highway. Very expensive for the cost. No shampoo or conditioner. At happy hour, there were no vegetarian options - the cheese platter was really pathetic- slices were dry on the edges. Wait staff was super nice though. Check in staff unfriendly.
The indoor 10m pool and spa. There was a good sized fridge and a kitchen with cooking facilities, crockery and cutlery. The resort is about 4k out of town and a shuttle service is run to and from town second hourly in the am, and hourly in the afternoon and evening, helpful as parking in town is limited and expensive.
Check in was very disorganised and slow. The resort is tired and old. It is very expensive for what is provided. Our room was over the road from the main facilities. For our stay the weather was fine but if wet or snowing and as older people it would be treacherous going across an uncovered area and quite busy road to access reception, the restaurant, the laundry, the pool and other recreational facilities
Room was spacious and kitchenette was well stocked with full sized refrigerator and oven.
Shuttle service was excellent as located 10 minutes from center of town
Train tracks are pretty close by so we heard the train several times a night.
