Resort mit eigenem Charme, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal. Ruhige Lage etwas außerhalb des Stadtkerns, aber durch den Shuttle einfach erreichbar. Fitnessraum, wenn auch sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Cons:

Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wodurch es im Zimmer teilweise etwas nach jenen alten Möbeln riecht.

Cons:

The room was dirty and the smell is every room is terrible!! The worst thing I have ever smelled. It will get into your clothes and you’ll never get rid of it. The cabin does not sleep 4 people, the sofa bed is no where near a bed for someone to sleep. I watched them “clean” one time because I asked for it to be cleaned (which you have to request - they don’t do it unless you ask) which involved using a spray bottle to spray the parts of the floor that were visible and using a filthy mop to mop it. The location is far from banff and although they do provide a shuttle it can sometimes be full, making you late for restaurant reservations. The facilities of the hotel are old and broken including much of the gym equipment. The pool is dirty and there is nothing around the area. My only regret is that I didn’t move hotel while I was there.

Pricey at close to $700 for one night. It’s to be expected in Banff so no complaints overall.
Pros:

Great location. Room selection fit full family.

Cons:

Check in for 4 pm wasn’t available until close to 5 pm after travelling all day. Hot tub looked dirty and not appealing.

Cons:

Очень грязно в номерах и в бассейне. Хот таб под крышей не работал. Зарегистрировали четырех человек в номере, постельное было только на двоих. Пришлось звонить, ждать, пока его принесут. Фотографии не соответствуют действительности.

We will not return again.

Quiet location

Cons:

Pool and hot tub were very dirty, indoor hot tub was out of order again. No towels in pool area. Suite had a musty smell. Coffee in room was awful. Cable TV only, not able to access streaming.

Pros:

Location is great, staff was friendly. The had 3 outdoor BBQ's for everyone to use and offer free utensils to use.

Cons:

Not as clean, pool was dirty with bugs and such. Not the cleanest rooms, especially floors. Run down and old. Not as expensive as other places but you still would expect more. The outdoor chairs are full of old bird poop and no one seems fo care.

Pros:

The room was nice and big, bed and sofa bed were actually really comfy and the bathroom was massive.
The shuttle to and from town was very handy

Cons:

You are quite far out of town, no public busses really go that far up so if you miss the shuttle you’ll probably need to get a taxi
