Pros:

The location was convenient. Food at the Bistro was lovely. The best part of our stay here was our waitress.

Cons:

Blood on the bed skirt upon check in, busty and generally unclean. Housekeeping required a day's notice but forgets to book you in. The staff just walked into the room even with do not disturb on the door. The pool/hot tub are not as advertised, dirty and filling apart.

Banff... Bel resort appena fuori centro
Pros:

Bellissimo resort a Banff. Tante possibilità ricreative, purtroppo noi abbiamo trovato pioggia. La palestra ha degli attrezzi un po' datati, ma la stanza era davvero confortevole. Il bistrò in loco molto buono. Lo staff gentilissimo. C'è la possibilità di prendere la navetta gratuita per downtown senza prendere la macchina.

Pros:

It was quiet.It has shuttle to take you downtown Banff about 7 minutes. The rooms are big and the bed are comfortable after a long day.It has a restaurant although we didn't get a chance to try it.

Convenient . My room is big. Some rooms are not the same.

Cons:

No maintainance night time . Our toilet was clogged!!!!
Other rooms were DIRTY! There were hairs on the bathroom and webs .

Great location near Banff
Pros:

This resort is located close to downtown Banff and the Trans-Canada freeway. The unit is dated but in better condition than we expected after reading all the negative comments. Other than the old couch and chair, the rest of the unit was clean and in good condition. We especially liked the free parking, free WIFI, free mid-week maid service, no extra resort fee that most resorts now charge, and no other fees for the week. The only real negative was the indoor hot tub was still under repair, but there was an outdoor hot tub available. The resort personnel were all very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and recommend it to others.
