Great location in Prague, near the main Square. Beautiful hotel, very quirky layout & decorated. Our 2 level room was gorgeous- mezzanine with small balcony, bathroom/ensuite shower room. Lounge downstairs with single bed, flat screen tv's in both areas. Area behind closed doors with sink, kettle & coffee machine & fridge. Bottled water each daily. Tea/coffee/milk etc supplied.Lift to our 4th floor. Lovely restaurant room for a delicious breakfast, with lots of choice of very good quality food & drinks. Staff very friendly & helpful.

Aula/respa olisi päivityksen tarpeessa. Sisääntuloon voisi satsata. Aulabaaria eikä omaa ravintolaa ollut, mutta ei kyllä ehditty kaivatakaan.

Excellent staff on reception and the concierge was really helpful on arrival.
Although the location was absolutely fantastic, for my hubby and I, it was a little bit noisy. But we just like things very quiet, so know we are unusual in this instance! My hubby's bed was a little uncomfortable, but I slept like a log!! :-)

The breakfast was fine and the room was comfortable. We had no problems checking in or at any point in our stay. Everything was clean and well organized.

Super zentrale Lage! Wir haben hier drei tolle Tage verbracht. Wir hatten eins der Maisonette Zimmer, das wirklich geräumig und sehr gemütlich war. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert. Man muss wissen, dass es ein altes Haus mit hohen Decken ist. Entsprechend weit ist der Weg zu Fuß bis in die 4. Etage. Es gibt aber auch einen Aufzug. Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr stilvoll und das Frühstück ist lecker und absolut ausreichend. Man kann auch verschiedene Kaffeespezialitäten bestellen. Das Personal ist insgesamt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einzig der ältere Herr beim Frühstück: er ist wirklich sehr wortkarg und scheint wenig Freude an seinem Job zu haben. Er bringt trotz bestelltem Cappuccino eine Kanne Tee und eine Kanne Kaffee. Auf Nachfrage wurde dann sehr lautstark doch der Cappuccino gemacht und ohne ein freundliches Wort gebracht…

The location was amazing! All the main sights in walking distance. Staff were friendly and everything was clean. More traditional feel to the hotel but couldn’t fault it
More traditional feel and for us personally the beds could have been more comfortable.
