Frukosten var väldigt dålig, dåligt påfyllt och inte det där lilla extra alls.
Dessutom var där djur på toaletten när man gick upp på natten och tände lampan. Inte en eller två, minst fyra sprang runt:(

C’est inadmissible au prix de la suite, on est resté trois nuits et pour le nettoyage il faut prévenir en avance la réception et pour les serviettes quand je suis allé voir la réception, ils en avaient plus donc au vu du prix que j’ai payé pour les trois nuits, ne plus avoir de serviette propre, c’est grave.
L’hôtel est vieillot et dans la nuit, il y a eu la trappe de la clim qui est tombée et le volet roulant de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas.
Donc le week-end à Marseille a été pourri

Our room had been given a facelift since we stayed last but it was rather superficial, and had clearly been carried out on a budget: the shower rail was loose, the sealant round the bath was mouldy.
The hotel seemed to be under new management and it appeared that the cost of the facelift work referred to above was being passed on directly to customers. The price of our booking had increased form our previous stay and the cost of the meals in the restaurant had increased dramatically.
We asked for 2 extra pillows for our room and these were supplied, but without pillowcases!
We asked for 2 glasses of wine at the bar/reception but the person on reception was dealing with another customer so he asked another person (who did not seem to be an actual member of staff, rather a friend?) to serve us. This person was clearly unfamiliar with where the wine was kept, and how to use the till and card machine.
There only ever seemed to be the same person on reception, but he sent a lot of time sitting outside smoking.
