Place smelled of pot all over. It was disgusting. My bathroom door had a hole from a fist I suppose that had been covered in black electrical tape. Moldy shower stall. Pretty crappy hotel

Que tenía piscina

Cons:

Llegamos el día de la final del mundial de fútbol, a las 2:45 PM, 15 minutos antes de que empezara el partido. En recepción había una TV bastante grande, no nos quisieron poner el partido en esta TV, y claro está que la habitación no nos la dieron hasta las 4 PM, tuvimos que verla en un PC q llevábamos
No pudimos utilizar la piscina hasta las 5:30 PM ya que había una fiesta con gente un poco rara y la tenían cerrada para los clientes del hotel
El hotel estaba sucio

Stay not recommended
Pros:

The pool area had a nice ambiance.

Cons:

The room was very warm. I had to go buy fans to keep us comfortable. The elevators were very slow. The staff wasn't rude but they weren't friendly or caring to hear about the experience or issues. We could not get the water in the shower/tub to turn on and when I went to call them, the phone in the room didn't work. I went to the lobby and he just said I'll send maintenance and they will tell me if you need to move rooms. With that reaction, I just had them make it so we could use the shower and left the rest because they really didn't care.

Hotel that was nice design and idea, but no one took care of it
Pros:

Nice layout of hotel, clean room, nice style, but...

Cons:

Floors were sticky in dining area, not washed with soap. Carpets in 4th floor hallway were with huge red stains all over the place, not sure if the red colored liquids or blood... ordered non smoking room, smeled like ashtray. Everything need extreme renovation. Gym small and without ventilation, smels like used sox. Looks like it was made with nice idea and design, but has not been taken care off for a long time. Lack of basic cleaning in public area.

Nice Hotel bad experience
Pros:

The proximity of my room to the pool.

Cons:

My room was hot and muggy, there was something wrong with the ac the maintenance man said but I was not offered a different room. When I booked another day through booking.com and went to pay the 2nd incidental fee I was charged for the room again and was not able to get that money back and still have not received the money back.
