Cons:

The rooms were old and bath sink was busted up as well as the tub. Room was covered in old carpet and smells. We were told they were not very busy at this time and still put us in a room with an adjoining door so we heard our neighbors the entire time. Photos online are deceiving. Housekeeper wasn’t friendly at all.

Cons:

Rente un cuarto para 6 personas 3 adultos 3 niños , el cuarto que me dispusieron estaba súper pequeño solo dos camas sencillas. Fui a recepción y solicité una cama adicional después de medio día la traen y cuando la reviso la cama estaba totalmente dañada se última en toda la mitad, le hacían falta los resortes. Al día siguiente vuelvo hablar con el recepcionista y me dice que me van a enviar el personal de mantenimiento y oh sorpresa llegó a las 10 pm de la noche con mi familia a dormir y la cama sigue tal y cual de dañada. Solo destaco el desayuno que es bueno

The "M" stands for "meh:" Good efforts in a worn-out hotel.
Pros:

The hotel staff, particularly those we met at the front desk, were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful! Within the limits of the hotel itself, they were willing to help every time.

Cons:

The whole facility is in dire need of gut-job renovation. Threadbare, stained carpeting; peeling paint (in the bathtub?!); band-aid repairs apparent throughout the building. The courtyard is a dark, noisy, humid space straight off the set of Kojak. A party was scheduled in the courtyard in the evening, which just shouldn't be allowed next to rooms. Breakfast is the same mediocre selection every day. Courtside room door was inaccessible after a few hours due to malfunctioning reader.

Piacevole soggiorno lontano dal caos delle grandi città
Pros:

La stanza era ampia e aveva due letti queen size.
La zona piscina era molto accogliente.
Il servizio shuttle gratuito per l’aeroporto.
L’atmosfera festosa al bar appena siamo arrivati.

Cons:

La struttura è un po’ datata, avrebbe bisogno di qualche rinnovamento.

אהבנו את היחס והשירות של הצוות, במיוחד את המנהלת שהייתה אדיבה ועזרה לנו מאוד בכל בעיה שביקשנו ממנה. ממליצים בחום על מקום משפחתי ואמפתי.

We enjoyed our stay very much.
Pros:

We loved the pool and all the mature plants in the Atrium. It was clean and the staff was very responsive.
Our beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean .
We appreciated the work of security in quelling noise.

Cons:

The revolving front door was hard to operate

Cons:

It’s a smoke free zone but our room smelt like smoke the bathroom shower was not clean the tub had paint missing. The toilet lid couldn’t stay up because it was to close to the ledge. The breakfast was terrible worst breakfast I have ever had . I would never recommend this hotel to anyone very disappointed experience. The price was way too much for what you get .

In general, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
Pros:

The location was prime. The lobby and breakfast area were clean. The bathrooms were very clean. Everyone was polite and respectful. Even some aspect of the room was old (marks on curtains, hole in bathroom door, marks in bathtub, the water pipes noise during showers), the room was very comfortable.

Cons:

The pool was a little bit cold. The smell in the room indicates there was smoking or maybe the carpet was old. These are the only points I think could be improved.
