Close to airport, Restaurants, & Shopping mall. Decent breakfast.
Hotel shuttle a bit slow in arriving during pickup at airport. Better when going to airport.

I had dried blood on my sheets and the lady I talked to at the front desk said she would help me out and never did...very unacceptable
- Provided room (room no -508) does not have any Balcony.
- Our provided room just had 2 double beds. Where as booking description mention 2 Queen beds with Balcony
- Our request for late check-in and late check out was approved by Hotel Initially. Still We were charged $25 extra for late check-out. Initially no one informed us that Hotel will charge extra, even when we asked while check-in. Suddenly at 12:00 reception called and says Manager has decided to charge extra. I will still try to dispute that transaction from my Bank.
- Breakfast area was dirty and could be cleaned. One kid Vomitted there and no one clean after.

Was charged $150 for security / deposit and it has yet to be returned!

Fiyat olarak çok uygundu. Beklentimizin üzerinde bulduk. Çocuklu aileler için çok ideal. Kahvaltısı Amerikan otellerine göre gayet iyi idi. Buffalo havalimanından ücretsiz shuttle servisleri var. personel gayet güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. otelin yakınında alışveriş merkezi ve güzel restoranlar olması bir başka olumlu yanıydı. Niagara şelaleri için bu otelde kaldık. Şelalere arabayla 40 dk uzaklıkta. Uber kullanarak gittik. Toplu taşıma imkanları biraz zayıf. Niagarada kalıp yüksek otel fiyatları ödemektense burası uber kullanmamıza rağmen çok daha ekonomik oldu.
Genele oalrak otelin eşyaları eskimişti, yenilenmesi gerekiyor.

We love the atmosphere and location, but the staff is always so lovely and accommodating and professional!
The rooms are very clean and quite spacious with lots of amenities, especially for the price
And the pool area is SO beautiful with all the live plants! It was heaven!
It could use some updating cosmetically, which I believe is a project already happening or soon underway. The nice thing tho is that the rooms have a retro charm and nothing seems worn or old.
I also would have enjoyed a hot tub. And there were benches outside each room on the lower inner level, but chairs would have been nicer; I would have liked sitting there right outside my room and reading.
There was also quite a bit of noise from the adjoining rooms and hallways; the walls could be better insulated/soundproofed.
Proximity to the airport and price
The walls are paper thin, and we had to make SEVERAL noose complaints in the five hours we were there.
We barely slept due to the noise. Although security did come up, no real action was take.
