Konumu şehre çok uzak değil . Trekking başlangıç noktalarına yakın. Otobüs durağı çok yakın. Kahvaltı yeterli . Kahvaltı salonundaki çalışanlar ve kat görevlisi personel olması gerektiği gibi nazikti.

Cons:

Kahvalti salonu haricindeki personel kaba! Girişte hiç hoş karşılanmadık, biz sormadıkça bilgi verilmedi! Personel çok mutsuz gözüküyor, güleryüzle müşteri karşılanmıyor. Çıkış yaparken de aynı şekilde, anahtarları bırakırken görevli personel son derece somurtkan bir şekilde suratımıza baktı. Resepsiyonda çalışanların bu tutumu benimsemiş olması anlaşılır değil. İnnsbruck’a gelecek insanlara tavsiye etmiyorum. Tatilde olduğunuzda etrafınızda güleryüzlü insanlar görmek istersiniz. Ayrıca odada mini buzdolabı olabilirdi.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel, schone kamer met airco, heerlijk ruime douche. Geen geluidsoverlast. Goed restaurant. Goed ontbijt. Vanuit hotel is het centrum goed te bereiken.

Excellent stay for the food, the value and the comfort. Apfel strudel was excellent!

Restaurant was great, staff was helpful. Rooms was very tidy, AC was great, breakfast was stellar. Quiet rooms. Frau Claudia was very helpful. Overall great stay especially for the price.
