The location was the best in town. The hot tub was great, very big, really enjoyed it.
The air conditioning in the room was terrible. Its a swamp cooler & it didn't work very well & it was loud. We had to leave it on 60 degrees the entire time just to keep it cool, which it only got down to 68 & did not feel like 68. They need to replace those!

Pricey, but you are paying for location. A bit ridiculous that I showed up 20 min before check in and they wanted to charge me for early check in.

Overall, I liked the quiet atmosphere of the hotel and its convenient location.
At check-in, we were not provided with any information about the housekeeping policy. We were very upset to find that our room had not been cleaned and to learn afterward that housekeeping service had to be requested in advance. This is not something we have commonly experienced at hotels, and we believe this policy should have been clearly communicated to us at registration.
Additionally, after a long and tiring day, we were looking forward to using the hot tub to relax. However, we were told that it closed at 10:00 PM, and even though we arrived just a couple of minutes before closing, we were not given any flexibility to use it. In our experience, hotel hot tubs are typically available later in the evening, as guests often use them to relax at the end of the day, so a 10:00 PM closing time felt quite early.
Overall, the lack of communication regarding housekeeping and the inflexible approach to the hot tub significantly affected our experience. We would recommend that the hotel clearly communicate its policies at check-in and consider extending the hot tub hours to better accommodate guests.

THE ROOM WAS DECENT EXCEPT FOR A TV THAT I WAS TOLD I NEEDED TO UNPLUG AND PLUG BACK. I HAD TO DO THIS MULTIPLE TIMES UNTIL IT WORK. IN THE MORNING I HAD TO DO THE SAME THING OVER AND OVER AND IT NEVER WORK. CARPET HAD LARGE STAINS AND DID NOT APPEAR CLEAN. THE SHOWER WAS DIFFICULT TO OPARATE
I WAS SENT AN EMAIL BEFORE CHECK IN WHERE I HAD TO ADD MY CREDIT CARD AND DRIVER'S LICENSE STAFF KNEW NOTHING ABOUT IT WHEN I GOT TO THE PROPERTY.

Bed is soft and the spring in it is broken. The toilet is noisy and the water is leaking.
