Amazing hotel
Pros:

The staff is very friendly, the location is amazing, there are high railings on the balcony (so, child safety), the pools are all open.

Cons:

I had no complaints at all. Everything was amazing. Even when I placed an order, they let the deliver know where to place my order

Excellent location, questionable description of rooms

The location and pools were fantastic

Cons:

It said it sleeps 6 and it definitely wasn't set up to accommodate that many people. We were mossing a sofa bed it said it had and the other bed was a Murphy bed out of the wall. This bed had seen better days in general and the headboard area looked like it needed a scrub.. Then it was a sofa not a sofa bed. The beds were fresh but the floors felt somewhat damp/tacky.
