Pros:

Man merkt es ist schon etwas älter aber es war trotzdem sauber und ordentlich, am besten war die Klimaanlage im Zimmer

Cons:

Überall lag Teppichboden da finde ich persönlich nicht so schön, das ist aber ja Geschmack.
Sonst war alle gut.

Pros:

Très bon rapport qualité prix, petit déjeuner en supplément mais ça vaut les 15e ! Que des produits locaux, tout etait trop bon, peut etre manque un peu de salé, sinon nous avons tout apprécié. Je recommande ! Personnel tres souriant et accueillant.

Cons:

Petit dej un peu trop sucré, il faudrait plus de salé, sinon c'était top.

My stay was short, but sweet, all due to the staff.
Pros:

The staff were lovely, particularly the woman who checked me in. She has probably been doing this for some time but she still managed to make me feel special. the girls behind the bar were very friendly. just to note, staffing is one of the biggest challenges today in the service industry. Hold onto your team, they seem to enjoy what they do.
My room was perfect - very clean and well maintained - difficult to achieve in the hospitality business.
Breakfast was spot on, though I need to improve my French, I pressed choc instead of coffee, that woke me up;)

Cons:

How about some English language film channels on the TV?
I think the carpet in the corridor to my room (15) needs a deep clean, or replacing, there is a stale odor, not too strong, but its there..

Hotel accogliente non al centro di Caen. Ciò ha consentito una migliore gestione delle escursioni
Pros:

Staff estremamente disponibile. Colazione eccellente con prodotti di grande qualità. Consigliatissimo il ristorante, pietanze ottime ad un prezzo più che buono

Cons:

Andrebbe creato un ascensore almeno per i bagagli. Ma la scalinata era comoda

Chambre familiale avec de vrais lits pour les enfants, confortable pour les ados. Spacieux. Très bien situé à distance de marche du mémorial

Cons:

Une dizaine de verres, petits, a disposition, mais pas un seul mug alors qu'il y a une bouilloire. C'est mesquin
Sinon tout était parfait

Cons:

Le manque d'équipements pour une chambre familiale. La chambre familiale au 2ème étage sans ascenseur, compliqué avec un bébé.

Pros:

De locatie van het accommodatie was perfect gelegen, de kamers waren ook ruimer dan verwacht

Cons:

Je hangt een kaartje aan je duur dat je graag je kamer schoon zou willen maken en vervolgens wordt alleen je handdoeken verwisseld maar je bed niet terwijl je er verblijf voor 4 dagen en wordt niet stof gezogen en het personeel heel onvriendelijk!
