Bardzo miły pobyt!
Pros:

Bardzo polecam ten hotel. Czuliśmy się bardzo chciani i zaopiekowani. Miła i pomocna obsługa.Czysty pokój i uważam że standard zasługujący na wysokie oceny.
Tramwaj pod hotelem prosto do zoo. Blisko na Starówkę. To duży atut.

Dlugi czas oczekiwania na pokój po zameldowaniu. Nie został przygotowany na czas przez room servis. Obsługa na recepcji twierdziła, ze firma sprzatajaca jest z zewnatrz i nie mają na to wplywu. Jedna osoba do przygotowywania pokoi. Długa lista oczekujących gości na pokoje. Słabo wizerunkowo.

Pros:

Bardzo uprzejma obsługa. Czystość, wygodne łóżka. Położenie blisko centrum. Parking publiczny dostępny przed hotelem, hotel też ma swój parking, ale za późno się o tym dowiedziałam.

Cons:

Jedyny minus, że trzeba było czekać na pokój - doba od 14:00, przybycie o 14:30, a pokój niegotowy. Szkoda, ale poza tym wszystko super.

Popsuty weekend w pięknym Wrocławiu
Pros:

Lokalizacja, parking hotelowy, wystarczające śniadanie. O godz. 23.00 zamieniono nam pokój na wewnętrzny od dziedzińca, lepszy icichszy. Klimatyzacja również nie działała.

Cons:

Nieczynna winda, w hotelu nie było tłoku ale pokój dostaliśmy na 3 lub 4 piętrze. Klimatyzacja wg. opinii w hotelu nie działa regularnie, pokój od strony ulicy brak możliwości snu przy otwartym oknie, wysoka temperatura wewnątrz pokoju przy zamknietym oknie.
