If you want an economical overnight stay on the Belgian border this accommodation delivers
Pros:

We've stayed here twice now, when you roll off the Tunnel it's a good stopping point before continuing deeper into Europe. Facilities are basic, no frills, but on balance as a place to rest your head and park your vehicle it delivers. The air conditioning fans don't seem to operate very well as the room is very hot come the morning. The bathroom and shower is probably the highlight.

Cons:

The air conditioning could do with a service as the air is not cold, and the room is very dark so an additional light would be welcome, but otherwise no complaints.

Cheap and cheerful. Great for a stopover.
Pros:

Friendly, professional staff.
Close to motorway.
Comfy bed.
Plenty of parking and even some EV chargers.

Cons:

I needed to leave early (4am) and there was nobody on front desk and nowhere to leave the room key as the front door was locked. Having already paid up front I just needed somewhere to deposit the key, like a postbox.
