Sehr schönes Hotel mit vielen tolle Einrichtungsdetails, ausgezeichnete Lage im Zentrum von London, sehr freundliches Personal, feines Frühstück in einem wunderschönen Frühstücksraum
De ligging was makkelijk met de metro onder het hotel, maar heel druk.
Balie personeel was heel vriendelijk.
Gemene delen van het hotel waren mooi & goed onderhouden.
Te drukke ligging, moeilijk bereikbaar wanneer men met de wagen komt.
Bepaalde personeelsleden bij het ontbijt warenop het onbeschofte af.
Ook als we ons aanmeldden bij de ingang vanher ontbijt vroegen we of we in een soort veranda (waar uitzicht was) mochten zitten: neen, zei de man die is volzet.
In werkelijkheid waren minder dan één derde van de tafeltjes bezet toen we gingen kijken.

The building might not be that special to look at, but it is beautiful on the inside, especially in the restaurant and bar. Our 6th floor room on The Strand had a great view towards the National Gallery. From Charing Cross it is an easy walk to many of the sights and attractions.
Location was very good. Access to all sights were quick and easy.
Having my room down graded was a huge disappointment. I would think my room would be upgraded not down graded. The reservation was made 3 months in advance. The room was very small and difficult to maneuver for two people with lots of luggage. Totally un acceptable

De locatie, dicht bij heel veel bezienswaardigheden en bij Charing Cross bus en metro. De keuzes bij het uitgebreide ontbijt. Het uiterst vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel
Gelet op de prijs, viel de kamer/badkamer een beetje tegen. Een sobere kamer en een ietwat gedateerde douchebak. bed was overigens uitstekend.
Breakfast and meals in restsurant were excellent,
Room was made available early when we arrived to leave our luggage. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Hotel was centrally located allowing easy walking to theatres and other attractions

Very Efficient Staff, Room Large for Price and Location food in Restaurant was reasonably priced. Hotel was spotlessly clean and I have stayed in many more expensive places and this was up with any of those.
The restaurant tried charging for items not delivered to the table and then tried to argue they had when they definitely hadn't, After a mild disagreement they admitted that they actually had made a mistake.Room was spotless but slightly on the dated side.
Comfortable, clean and well appointed room.
