Pros:

Breakfast was very generous, with plenty of choice. The location was excellent, right above Charing Cross station.

Cons:

Neither room had a toilet brush. In a hotel of this caliber, we would have expected some complimentary extras, such as slippers, but none were provided.

Finding your way to the rooms can be a bit complicated, but since it’s a historic building, the interior layout has had to undergo some changes.

Over priced, but then I am not familiar with London

Location & convenience of the hotel, staff were excellent. Bathroom superb. Excellent cafe downstairs & free drink in bar on arrival. Beautiful inside.

Cons:

Size of our room, apparently we had been upgraded! Quite small for price paid. Most hotels now are king-size not doubles, obviously not in London though. Didn't know about the switch to notify the housekeeper, so she came in at half 8 on our departure day.

Excellent stay.
Pros:

Fabulous location only a few steps from Trafalgar Square. Charring cross station is literally at the hotel, as is a nicely stocked M&S food. The staff were very helpful.
Another great thing about the property was that the mini bar was all inclusive, so you don’t hesitate to eat a small biscuit:)
Overall had a fabulous experience
