The carpet area around the A/C was soaked. We let the front desk know and also through a text and nothing was done about it.

Property is fine, management is rude.
Pros:

The room was nice enough for the price. We only stayed one night but it was sufficient. I did enjoy the 24 hour coffee in the lobby

Cons:

I saw on here in the questions portion that the pet fee was $30 and they had free parking. When I got to the property, the pet fee was actually $75 and parking is $5 a vehicle. Paying for parking in that part of town is really silly to me. They are not located down town. I mentioned at the desk what I had read and the girl checking me in was so sweet. She brought over her manager who refused to honor what it says and then proceeded to speak to me like I was stupid and said “I don’t know who is answering that but it’s not us” and I said “It literally says here answered by property” and she said “No”. She was just really rude and condescending. The breakfast was also very lackluster. It is not a hot breakfast and is actually an assortment of bagels, yogurt, oatmeal and cereal.

Lo único mal que me paso, fue el pago del estacionamiento, me hicieron poner mi tarjeta de Credito y me cobraron 100 dólares para hacer el pago por adelantado y el banco me lo retuvo inmediatamente y ahora el reembolso no sabemos cuando sera, es el único problema que no me gusto en mi estadía
