Pros:

En general la estancia fue muy buena, el personal super amable, la comida muy buena, no habían aglomeraciones para comer, en el área de la piscina se podía llegar a cualquier hora que siempre habían hamacas disponibles. La calidad precio muy bien. El hotel es muy bonito, con habitaciones espaciosas y chulas y los aires acondicionados excelentes.

Cons:

No entendí muy bien por qué habiendo meses como abril y mayo en que no hay casi ocupación, había obras en el hotel en este mes de julio cuando ya el turismo nacional comienza. Las piscinas de los peques estaban cerradas, la televisión no se pudo ver ninguno de los días de la estancia y me consta que aún hoy no lo han arreglado.
Otra cosa es que la limpieza de las duchas en los baños dejaban mucho que desear con moho y suciedad.

Nos gustó la habitación y la comida !

Cons:

Que faltarán dos piscinas y no se nos comunicará antes de la fecha de estancia para decidir . Que el personal no todos pero si algunos no fueran profesional . Que las zonas d émulo estuviesen tan abandonadas y descuidadas siendo un lugar para ir en familia .

Ambiente agradable, personal de trabajadores excelente

Cons:

Las habitaciones pudieran estar con equipamiento más cuidados y modernos , no hubo televisión por diferentes causas que nunca nos explicaron con claridad , la verdad el hotel es más de 3 Estrella que de 4 , pero fue acogedor por el personal laboral

A PESAR DE TODO, NOS ENCANTÓ

TODO EN GENERAL SOBRE TODO LIMPIEZA Y EL PERSONAL, MUY AGRADABLE Y SERVICIAL.

Cons:

Que las piscinas y el jacuzzi no estaban en funcionamiento, me había decantado por el hotel por este motivo y fue una decepción.
La wifi tampoco funcionaba muy bien.
