La struttura è molto tranquilla e ben posizionata in maniera equidistante da tutte le cose da vedere nella zona di Maspalomas. Per vedere tutto ci vuole sempre l'auto, ma questo vale per qualsiasi ubicazione. Loro organizzano comunque servizi navetta alle spiagge e ai centri commerciali. Il residence è strutturato con casette bifamiliari intorno a una bella piscina, hanno tutti i confort e sono ben congegnate e abbastanza distanziate una dall'altra da permettere privacy e tranquillità. All'interno area notte divisa dall'area soggiorno, luminose e confortevoli. Area condizionata ben funzionante, frigorifero ok doccia ottima. Veramente una vacanza eccezionale

Claramente destacable el trato del personal.
Muy atentos a las necesidades de los clientes, amables y de muy buen trato.
Agradecerles el disfrute de esta escapada, en especial a Moana e Isabel.

Ubicación, instalaciones, limpieza, jardines y demás, bastante bien

Cons:

Zona de SPA piscina, cerrada temporalmente. Espero que para futuras visitas poder disfrutarla

Cómodo, agradable y familiar
Pros:

Fuimos con nuestros hijos de 10 meses y 3 años y el personal fue muy amable. Cualquier duda o problema que teníamos, nos lo solucionaban al momento.
Muchas gracias en especial a Cristina, Isabel y Judith, ellas fueron encantadoras con nosotros y con los niños.

Cons:

Las instalaciones necesitan una mejora/actualización. Había alguna cosa oxidada y la piscina spa estaba en obras.

Great location with a caring staff - from the reception desk to the housekeeping!
Pros:

It was spotless clean! Staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast was a very poor quality. And the same every morning. Staff at the breakfast was not able to communicate at any level in English, however it was not an issue.

I didn’t manage to switch on the air con but wasn’t too bothered as wasn’t overly hot.

Barato porque no están disponibles los servicios que te ofrecen. Indigno de 4 estrellas.
Pros:

Vistas al campo de Golf, confort habitación, limpieza, jardines, amabilidad del personal de restauración y del personal de limpieza. Desayuno bien resto de comida algo limitada.

Cons:

Piscina no climatizada, no disponible zona de hidromasaje en piscina, y sauna inexistente o no señalizada. La habitación : La TV sin señal, di cuenta en dos ocasiones sin ser resolutivos hasta casi 24 horas después. La puerta de la Solana atascada, una vez que la abrió personal de limpieza le puse un poco de grasa a la pestillera.
Restauración, café de máquina y zumos pura agua de maquinas. Mala distribución para los camareros de las bebidas, trabajan el doble tienen que salir del restaurante e ir al chiringuito de piscina para dispensar bebidas, lo que no solo trabajan más sino que retrasa el servicio en mesas. Falta personal.

Pros:

Eine der beste Erfahrungen was das Hotel angeht die ich je hatte, Frühstück war sehr toll Mittagessen ebenfalls die Lage war auch sehr angenehm. Freu mich in den nächsten Jahren wieder zu kommen.

Cons:

Es gab nur einen Mistkübel im Zimmer was allerdings nichts schlimmes war daher die nette Putzdame jeden Tag vorbeikam.
