The staff were amazing, especially Sara and Moana at reception. They were incredibly friendly, and always willing to help. They truly made our stay much more enjoyable.
When we arrived, the room wasn’t very clean, but after we reported it, it was cleaned immediately, and the toilet seat was replaced straight away.

Cons:

The hotel could easily improve by paying more attention to cleanliness and replacing small things like worn toilet seats and bathroom mirrors. These simple changes would make a big difference and match the excellent service provided by the staff.

Elegimos este hotel porque viajábamos con dos niños de 4 años especialmente por la piscina infantil y el Spa, sin embargo, a nuestra llegada comprobamos que dos de las tres piscinas del establecimiento se encontraban cerradas, concretamente la piscina infantil y la piscina Spa. En ningún momento, durante el proceso de reserva, se informaba de que dichas instalaciones no estarían disponibles, por lo que consideramos que la información ofrecida era incompleta y no reflejaba la realidad del servicio contratado.
Además, la habitación presentaba desperfectos, entre ellos un evidente desgaste en el mobiliario de la cocina, impropio de un alojamiento de la categoría anunciada.
Por otra parte, la televisión de la habitación no funcionaba desde nuestra llegada. Comunicamos la incidencia en siete ocasiones a la recepción y, pese a ello, el establecimiento tardó casi 24 horas en enviar un técnico. Teniendo en cuenta que nuestra estancia era únicamente de dos días, esta demora hizo imposible disfrutar del servicio durante gran parte de la estancia. Finalmente, el técnico solo consiguió sintonizar un canal, permaneciendo el resto sin funcionamiento.

La ubicación, una camarera rubia del bar de la piscina y la recepcionista del último día.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos la puerta no abría y estuvimos en la puerta un montón de rato sin poder entrar., nos dijeron que no había llave y era mentira. A la mañana siguiente nos volvió a pasar y estuvimos otra vez al sol sin poder entrar. Al final nos dieron una llave ( la que supuestamente no había). En el baño encontramos pelos, las camas eran incómodas. Y el TODO INCLUIDO NO ERA TODO INCLUIDO. No entraban ni los helados, ni los batidos de frutas entre otras cosas. Tampoco nos avisaron de que la piscina de los niños y la de los chorros estaban cerradas.... De las tres piscinas solo había una....
Y tampoco hay agua dentro de la habitación cuando llegas del viaje no encuentras nada dentro de la nevera de la habitación...
También nos cobraron de más y aún no nos lo han devuelto.

Excellent - would definitely recommend.
Pros:

This accommodation was clean and well maintained. The staff were exceptional, friendly and polite and always willing to help.
The location was quiet and peaceful which was great, but a bit out the way but worth it for those seeking a quiet evening.
