Très bon séjour, malgré quelques petits points à améliorer
Pros:

Personnel très agréable, accueillant et arrangeant. La chambre était très spacieuse, confortable et parfaitement fonctionnelle. Le service de nettoyage est également impeccable.
La restauration proposée est très bonne, avec des portions largement suffisantes et des tarifs tout à fait honnêtes. Un bon rapport qualité-prix.
Le Wi-Fi fonctionne très bien et la télévision est particulièrement grande. Elle est également orientable, ce qui est pratique, avec la possibilité de caster facilement des vidéos depuis son téléphone.
Un grand merci à la dame de l’accueil pour sa gentillesse et pour m’avoir gentiment prêté un chargeur de téléphone. C’est vraiment appréciable !

Cons:

Ce que j’ai moins apprécié : la localisation de l’hôtel, qui est un peu isolée et pas toujours très bien indiquée. Un panneau supplémentaire en amont permettrait de mieux signaler l’entrée de l’établissement et de faciliter son accès.
L’absence de système de vidéosurveillance au niveau du parking est également un point qui pourrait être amélioré afin de renforcer le sentiment de sécurité des clients.
La pièce principale reste, selon moi, assez sombre, notamment en soirée. L’éclairage pourrait être un peu plus puissant ou mieux réparti.
Enfin, l’interrupteur permettant de contrôler les luminaires du plafonnier se trouve au niveau de la première porte, dans le sas d’entrée. Il n’est donc pas forcément très pratique d’accès une fois installé dans la chambre.
L’absence de service de restauration le vendredi soir et durant le week-end est également un peu dommage, notamment pour les clients qui souhaitent dîner sur place sans avoir à reprendre leur véhicule.

Prima hotel voor kort verblijf.
Pros:

Mooie complete kamer, maar vrij klein. Alles aanwezig: heerlijk bed, bureau, tv, waterkoker. Heerlijke douche. Alles zeer schoon. Heerlijk ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Er is geen lift aanwezig. Wellicht kan dit vermeldt worden op de site.

Notre Campanile a été rénové (on y va tous les ans)
Lit très confortable matelas très épais douche refaite.
Calme et agréable et sourtout à la porte de Colmar et à 15 à 20 kms des villages tout autour !
J'adore MON Campanile !
Petit dej buffet au top !

Cons:

Plus de repas forme buffet le soir
C'est bien dommage !

Pros:

Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Gute Verkehrsanbindung / Schnellstraße f. d. Türe / Schnell im Zentrum.

Cons:

Frühstücksbuffet sehr klein und Überschaubar.
Hotel hat eher einen Motel-Charakter / konnte mit dem Auto direkt vor der Türe parken.
Leider beim Parkplatz Eingang/Ausgang war Hundekot (=Tage lang).
Aufgang in den oberen Stock über eine steile Wendeltreppe.
Kein Zimmer-Service / 4 Tage vor Ort.

Schönes Zimmer und super Frühstück
Pros:

Schön eingerichtete Zimmer, sehr sauber und super gutes Frühstück mit bester Qualität der Produkte.

Cons:

Die Matratze war für uns leider nicht wirklich gut, ist aber vielleicht auch individuell einfach Geschmackssache. Für eine Nacht ging es.
Insgesamt war das Zimmer sehr klein, es wurde aber das beste draus gemacht.

Chambres faciles d'acces et confortables, personnel très accueillant et réactif. Repas servi au restaurant simple mais bon.

Cons:

Chambres fort sombres, petit dejeuner bon mais un peu cher par rapport au choix limité. Salle à manger confort rudimentaire.
