Alarme intempestive à 2h au milieu de la nuit du coffre fort de la chambre 220, impossibilité d’arrêter l’alarme.
Du coup, changement de chambre à 2h30 au milieu de la nuit pour la chambre 217….
Aucune indemnisation ni compensation financière proposée par la direction de l’hôte

Pros:

Chambre médiocre
Autant à l’aller de notre voyage nous avons été dans une chambre famille refait à neuf et magnifique d’une qualité à ne rien dire autant le retour seul avec mon fils donc une chambre plus classique a été médiocre.

Dieses Hotel hat alles, was wir uns gewünscht haben. Wir kommen auf der nächsten Durchreise wieder!
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, besonders an der Reception.
Sauberes Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück.
Super Lage (Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe), abgeschlossener Parkplatz.

Cons:

Der Korridor hätte eine Renovation nötig.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber. Die Handtücher und die Bettwäsche haben ekelhaft gerochen. Man mochte sich kaum reinlegen. Wir mussten ohne Kissen schlafen, da die nach altem Schweiß gerochen haben.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber, das Doppelbett war sehr bequem, das Badezimmer war auch sehr sauber. Die Motorräder konten wir auf dem gesicherten Parkplatz abstellen. Das Personal war durchwegs sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Nichts, alles war bestens.
