Amazing weekend immersed in the zoo
Pros:

We stayed here for a birthday surprise and it was so fun to have a special entrance to go in and out of the zoo.

The food is good and the views of our beautiful city are spectacular! Vivid was on so we had an additional magic.

The zoo staff are Australian and super knowledgeable and friendly.

The free flight bird show was the best presentation I’ve ever seen. Simply fantastic.

Everything was great and we had a really fun stay. The retreat rooms are really nice and have everything you need, comfortable and spacious. We had a koala outside our room which was lovely.

Pros:

We loved this place so much.

The unique location and the exclusive access benefits made the experience truly magical for us as a family. Being able to enjoy the zoo in a way that day visitors can’t added something really special to our stay.

The restaurant on site was also excellent, serving great food in a lovely setting and adding to the overall experience.

We did encounter an issue during our stay, which was understandably frustrating at the time. However, what stood out was how well the staff handled the situation. They dealt with it professionally, went above and beyond to put things right, and we were very happy with their response. Because of that, I don’t feel the need to go into the details here.

Overall, we had an amazing stay and created some wonderful family memories. We would highly recommend the Wildlife Retreat and would love to return in the future.

Loved our stay at Taronga zoo sanctuary, awesome views and an amazing zoo to visit.
Pros:

Loved the location, looking over the sanctuary with the koala outside our window. Loved the opportunity for the night walk as well this was a highlight. Also loved the easy access to the zoo we were able to spend a whole day at the zoo and even pop back to our room for a rest midday.

Cons:

A little bit expensive probably just a one time stay and the restaurant for dinner was very expensive for a small small amount of food.

A Zoo with a view.
Pros:

Our family shared a fabulous two days at the Wildlife retreat at Taronga ecelbrating my husbands 70th birthday. It was a wonderful experience to share with our 3 children and their families.
Lots of fun, food and wildlife encounters.
The food was amazing and the differnet tours fabulous. The staff are friendly, knowledgable and ensure you have a great stay.

Traumhaft schönes Hotel gerne jederzeit wieder
Pros:

Außergewöhnlich schönes Hotel. Von unserem Zimmer konnten wir die Kangaroos sehen. Auf dem Weg zum sehr guten Frühstück begrüßten uns die Koalas, man konnte sie sehr gut beobachten. Alle Gehege waren sehr groß und artgerecht. Tolle Sicht auf Sidney. Freier Eintritt in den Zoo mit eigenem Zugang und Führung. Sehr schön eingerichtete Zimmer.

Cons:

Bei diesem Hotel gibt es nichts zu bemängeln, es ist traumhaft schön. Dies hat natürlich seinen Preis der aber den Tieren zu gute kommt.

Taronga Zoo Retreat
Pros:

It was an awesome experience seeing the Koalas outside our hotel sliding wide window. It's very relaxing staying 2 nights at the zoo, wandering around in a relax phase. Food at breakfast was great with view of the harbour.
