Die Lage des Hauses ist gut.

Cons:

Das Haus ist schlecht gealtert. Der Geruch in den Gängen und im Zimmer ist schon eine Zumutung. Die Ausstattung ist alt, dies ist ok, aber im schlechten Zustand.

Pros:

Hintrr dem WC war immer eine Wasserlachr. Das Zimmer roch nach einem Westernreiter nach einer Arbeitswoche. Beim Öffnen der Fenster trat ein deutliches Heulgeräusch auf (scheinbar eine Art Umluft oder Absaugung, die man sonst nicht bemerkte). Bei geschlossenem Fenster trat es nicht auf. Das ganze betrifft möglicherweise nur Zi 310, denn andere hatten dieses Phänomen nicht.

Mit kleinen abstellbaren Abstrichen zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut, außer am Sonntag war "Land unter", kein freier Tisch und die 2. Servicekräfte haben den Ansturm (abräumen, Buffet nachfüllen ) kaum bewältigt. An den Wochentagen war mehr Personal verfügbar, bei weniger Gästen, da hatte sich evtl. die GL angekündigt. Die Zimmer waren soweit ok, außer die Türklinken und Türrahmen waren verschmiert. Der Sessel im Zimmer war auch unansehnlich und für uns nicht benutzbar. Das Bett war bequem und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Poolanlage sehr gepflegt und angenehm warm.

Für den Preis ein super Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und die Betten sehr gut und sauber.

Cons:

Das Bad ist sehr klein und die Silikonfugen in der Dusche müssten erneuert werden
