Ein gutes Stadthotel.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut. Die Lage ist zentral, aber entsprechend laut (Straßenverkehr).

Cons:

Das Zimmer war im Nebengebäude, in dem es Probleme mit dem Wasserdruck (Duche, Toilette) gab.

Idéalement situé et correct
Pros:

Idéalement situé dans le centre de Reims et très pratique d'avoir une carte dans un parking proche pour y laisser la voiture.
Le personnel était très sympathique.
Toilettes séparées de la salle de bain.

Cons:

La literie était moyenne, coussin surtout et matelas un peu dur.
La chambre mériterait un rafraîchissement global.
Pas de frigo dans la chambre (mais là réception nous a proposé d'utiliser leur frigo au besoin)

Posizione comoda per visitare il centro. Camera abbastanza spaziosa.

Cons:

Colazione. Il distributore delle bevande calde aveva esaurito quelle a base di caffè e dopo la segnalazione non è stato ricaricato. Buone le mini brioches.

Pros:

The only good thing about the hotel is the location. It felt more like a cheap transit hotel. I wouldn't recommend it for more than one night

Cons:

Room wasn't clean. The smell was weird pillows were dirty and it's been a while since the last time the dust was cleaned. Breakfast was below average in terms of quality and variety.

Encanto en el centro
Pros:

Edificio histórico y muy bonito. Excepcional situación. Próxima a la catedral, de fácil acceso en el coche. Tiene un convenio con un aparcamiento público situado a dos calles. El personal es excepcionalmente amable (la recepcionista del turno de tarde merece mención especial por su amabilidad y disponibilidad). Las camas amplias y con colchones buenos y nuevos. La habitación es amplia y tiene el WC separado del baño. Desayuno correcto y con buen horario.

Cons:

Al ser un edificio antiguo, tiene ciertos elementos mejorables: en los baños hay bañeras muy altas, que impiden el acceso de personas mayores o con movilidad reducida. Las moquetas han conocido tiempos mejores y las zonas comunes (pasillos, especialmente) son oscuros y poco funcionales. La limpieza es irregular: bastante aceptable en las habitaciones y recepción, más floja en otras zonas. Con una pequeña reforma podría subir de categoría sin duda.

Mooie locatie, maar voor ons 100% “ once in a life time”

Alleen de locatie en de vriendelijkheid van het op dat moment aanwezige personeelslid.

Cons:

We moesten naar de 4e etage, geen probleem want er is een lift. De kamer lag aan de achterkant van het gebouw onder een schuin dak en er was alleen een dakraam. Alles was oud aan en in de kamer, de douche/bad handel kraan functioneert niet naar behoren en na wat gepuzzel kwam er gelukkig water uit de douchekop.
Klap op de vuurpijl, er zat een bloedvlek op het hoeslaken. Die was wel gewassen, maar de vlek zat er nog.
Hierover gebeld met de receptie en die aardige mevrouw gaf ons een “ schoon” hoeslaken.
We moesten die zelf maar wisselen. Ook dit geen probleem. Bezig zijnde, de vuile met bloedvlek, hoeslaken te verwijderen hebben we het maar gelaten wat het was. We schrokken ons kapot van het dekbed. Zo veel vlekken, laat maar en gooiden het aan de kant.
We hebben met, niet te veel nadenkend over de rest, alleen onder het hoeslaken geslapen.
Het ontbijt was ook zeker geen hoogstandje.
Over de andere kamers kunnen we uiteraard niet oordelen, maar we willen het ook niet uit proberen. Wel komen we een keer voor een lang weekend terug maar Reims, nu was het een tussenstop op weg naar huis. We waren er rond 17:00 uur en hebben nog een beetje rond gewandeld na het eten en willen graag de stad nog een keer op ons gemak bezoeken.
