Simplesmente amamos cada detalhe da nossa estadia. Viajei com o meu filho de 9 anos e fomos incrivelmente bem recebidos por toda a equipe. O atendimento desde a recepção até os funcionários do restaurante é impecável, sempre muito gentis, prestativos e atenciosos com todas as nossas necessidades.
A estrutura geral do hotel é excelente e super bem cuidada. O nosso quarto era enorme, extremamente aconchegante e, o mais importante para o inverno rigoroso da Patagônia: muito quentinho e agradável! A limpeza tanto do quarto quanto do banheiro merece um destaque especial, pois estava sempre tudo totalmente impecável e cheiroso.
A localização também é perfeita, permitindo fazer tudo com muita facilidade na cidade. Mas o ponto alto e a grande atração para o meu filho foi, sem dúvidas, a piscina! Ela é fantástica e proporcionou uma das memórias mais lindas da viagem: enquanto ele nadava e se divertia na água aquecida, a neve caía lindamente lá fora através dos vidros, tornando a nossa estadia verdadeiramente mágica.
Para completar a experiência com chave de ouro, a gastronomia do hotel é maravilhosa. O café da manhã é espetacular, super farto, variado e delicioso, com opções para todos os gostos e perfeito para começarmos o dia com muita energia. Com certeza superamos todas as nossas expectativas. É um hotel perfeito para ir com a família, super recomendo e, com certeza, voltaríamos a nos hospedar aqui!

Las paredes son demasiado angostas. Tanto que se escucha todo lo del resto de habitaciones inclusive cuando hacen aseo… como serán de delgadas que la habitación de al lado manipulaba nuestro TV con el control de ellos prendiendo/ apagando el TV y moviendo los canales.
