Le calme
Vétuste, absence de Clim nous avons eu chaud toute la nuit. Lit très étroit pour un adulte (chambre deux lits). La porte de la chambre ne s’ouvre que partiellement, moquette déchirée par le frottement de celle ci. Pas de responsable hôtel.
Je serais désireux de recevoir une réponse de la direction. Je suis client de l’enseigne et celui ci détériore votre image.

Cela pose un réel problème, comptablement.
Il a fallu changer 3 fois de chambre pour avoir une tv qui fonctionne.
Pas de climatisation dans tout l'hôtel alors que les températures étaient caniculaires.
Extérieur mal entretenu et dangereux (ex. Aiguilles de pins recouvrant la toiture et les chéneaux)
La climatisation ne fonctionne pas. Restaurant fermé. Établissement vieillissant.necissitant une remise au goût du jour.

Wir übernachtan seid vielen Jahren im CAMPANILE AIX LES BAINS. Diesen Standard haben wir auch hier erwartet.
Unser Zimmer hätte seid Jahren renoviert werden müssen und dürfte in diesem Zustand niemals vermietet werden.
