Pros:

The hotel is just a walking distance to Haram. The staff always called us to ask for our wellbeing and if anything that we needed. Recommended to stay.

Cons:

Our cards were not functioning upon our check in the door, we have to go back to the receptionist three times to make it done, only then they call the technician to fix it. It could have been better if we get smooth check in experience.

Excellent service - especially the room service - food was delicious. Thank you to Mohammed who served us each day.

I left my bag cover during check out at 4pm but went back to check it was not there. I was hoping the house keeper would help to keep and inform the hotel to let me know since they have my contact information

Exceptional Service and Wonderful Stay
Pros:

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. They truly made the experience special.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered excellent service throughout my stay. In my opinion, it easily deserves a 5-star rating. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I would happily stay here again.
