It was good. Would stay again.

It was a nice room. Facility smelled clean. No issues.

Location was a little tough. Bathroom needed more attention to cleaning.

The bed and pillows were comfy. Hot water was hot. Location was good, took us less than 20min to get to several locations. Though construction on 465 was a pain.

Cons:

Continental breakfast had few options.
Curb appeal was fair, online pictures a bit deceiving.

Pros:

Great value, handy location, clean room comfortable bed. Would have enjoyed another chair and some eggs and bacon but for the price I can’t complain. Staff was very friendly despite working 12 hour shifts because of staff shortage. Thought they were great.

Not close to being worth the price
Pros:

Front desk person was very nice and they called me the next day to let me know they would refund my money.

Cons:

Hallway and outside very dirty. Lights in parking lot broken. Room was very small, windows were dirty and the comforter had what looked like urine stains. We immediately went to front desk and checked back out.

The place looked like an abandoned facility with no cars in the parking lot. I thought it was condemned. I also felt better with rooms entering from inside rather than outside.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly. Centrally located. Refrigerator was cold.

Cons:

Was highly rated on Booking.com and I do not agree with a 7+ star rating there. Newer paint and carpet in rooms but overall the property was old and not very clean. The room opened to the outside (not sure if that was clear in the booking). Breakfast was free but very limited options. Would not stay at a Clarion Point again.
