The breakfast was terrible. Cereal and yogurt were our only choices. The bananas were brown. The waffel machine was empty. There was no protien. We had to go out to breakfast to get real food. Every thing seemed a little dirty.
Could do better for breakfast waffle and banana not enough
Walking around to elevator , no pool
I really love the affordability combined with the quality of this hotel. It has allowed us as a young couple to take a yearly trip to Indy. Close to Ruoff Music Center, surrounded by excellent restaurants, and very friendly staff. This was our third stay, three consecutive years and the quality is consistent. Very clean with plenty of towels and pillows. The entire property is non-smoking and we didn't hear a peep from our neighbors. They even let us have pizza delivered to the front desk and held it since our concert ended around midnight and that's when dominos closes. We'll be back next summer for stay number four!
There is only one sidewalk ramp at the front for wheelchair access. You have to go a little out of the way from the parking lot to this odd loading/unloading space that is just two flower beds with pavement in between and a ramp and sidewalk cutting though one. No way to go directly off the sidewalk in front of the rooms and to your car. It'd be so much better to have a ramp on every sidewalk.
The beds are very firm. Okay for some, we just like softer beds.
The breakfast is cold food only, no eggs or oatmeal. Plan to pack your own breakfast or go out for something substantial.
Nothing really, but it was a last minute booking
Rooms are too small. 3rd floor felt like a sauna. Had a funny smell.
The staff was friendly. The breakfast had a variety of different items.
I did not feel safe there at all! People were banging on the door right next to mine throughout the night and yelling threats to them. The pillows on my bed were little throw pillows and not sleeping pillows. The air conditioner also kicked on so loud every 30-45 minutes and was so intense that my hair would blow around in my face and wake me up. The elevators were very dirty too. I felt the online pictures did not represent where I actually stayed. The price was definitely not worth it.
The breakfast was good
The first night, we arrived late and just went to bed. The following morning I went into the bathroom and there was mold all over the ceiling and it was clearly damaged. There was a steady drip of water coming out of the ceiling and into the toilet. I requested to be moved for the next night. There is no way the staff did not know that room was in that condition and I just couldn't believe they felt that it was a good choice to place a guest in.
The outside is not kept up at all. The pool is closed. It is poorly maintained.
Friendly, helpful staff
Able to hear people talking on balcony and smell their smoke coming thru door. Facility needs updating. While kept very clean it looks very tired. Too costly for what you get. Pool is shut down.
The room was decently clean, which was good. The bed was comfortable.
The room was definitely run down and the tv didn't work. The staff member we spoke to wasn't particularly polite or helpful. And breakfast was closed down earlier than the time that was listed, so we didn't get to eat.
Smaller hotel only three floors. It was very quiet even though the parking lot was filled. The lobby and breakfast area were very clean. The hotel staff very friendly and the room was one of the cleanest I have been in.
The hallways were narrow and a little stuffy, I didn't have a conditioner left in a bottle, but it wasn't a big deal to me.The free breakfast wasn't as nice as others but adequate.
Leaving
Where did they get the little half pillows never seen pillows so small
