Un très bel établissement avec un accueil très chaleureux
Pros:

Un très bel établissement, très bien entretenu et très propre. Nous avons bénéficié d'une très belle chambre avec une jolie vue sur la piscine et le village.
Un accueil vraiment chaleureux et très agréable que nous avons vraiment apprécié.
Si nous revenons dans cette région d'Italie nous reviendrons chez vous avec beaucoup de plaisir.

Pros:

Mooie villa, veel faciliteiten, verzorgd personeel.zwembad zeer goed. Electrische fietsen nieuw. Het gebouw lijkt dan wat gedateerd, alles werkt degelijk. Behulpzaam personeel. Veel ruimte in en om de villa

Das Restaurant im originellen Pferdestall hat uns sehr enttäuscht. War es doch vor Jahren ein tolles Restaurant.
Der servierte Schmorbraten war nicht essbar. Die pannieten Lammkottelets waren mehr als gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Dahin kommen wir nicht wieder. Schade eigentlich.

Pros:

location in Villa d'epoca molto affascinante e romantica. Interni della villa molto belli e ricchi di decorazioni che conferiscono carattere e romanticismo al contesto.

Cons:

il contesto ha delle potenzialità enormi per diventare un resort di lusso, mentre molti particolari sono trascurati. Reception non adeguata : piccola, spoglia, nessuna possibilità di sedersi in attesa di fare il check in / out se ci sono altri ospiti. Poco curata. Personale della reception non particolarmente cordiale ed affabile: si limitano a fare il loro lavoro senza metterci un minimo di partecipazione e cortesia in più. La zona della piscina è drammatica: sembra una piscina comunale e non la piscina di una villa d'epoca. Prati della villa senza irrigazione: erba secca, niente fiori o piante decorative. La facciata della villa , che è la parte più maestosa e bella non è valorizzata: dopo cena ci si aspetta di trovare tavolini dove sedersi fuori, magari un pianobar, magari poter prendere un gelato ... candele... nulla di tutto ciò. Buio quasi completo, tutto spento e privo di vita. Ristorante le scuderie: drammatico. Abbiamo chiamato per prenotare il pranzo di ferragosto e ci è stato risposto che lo chef era di riposo, quindi il ristorante era chiuso. Ci avrebbero ricontattato per farci sapere se sarebbe stato aperto il bistrot che avrebbe servito piatti freddi: toast, caprese ecc. Una volta ricontattati ci è stato detto che anche il bistrot sarebbe stato chiuso... a feragosto ! Abbiamo prenotato la cena di Ferragosto. Alla prima portata, 2 tartare, abbiamo subito capito, osservando i piatti che lo chef non c'era e che i piatti erano stati fatti da persone non di cucina. Tartare messa sul piatto come si fa a casa, senza alcun impiattamento e così per le altre portate. Cucina non in linea con la struttura. Per quanto concerne il conto, noi viaggiavamo con 4 piccolissime cagnoline di 1 kg: abbiamo pagato 120€ di fee per gli animali. Dato che il fee per gli animali domestici dovrebbe essere per le pulizie finali, non capisco il senso di una cifra simile che nel nostro caso corrisponde a metà del costo del soggiorno. Questa cosa è scandalosa.

Hotel charmant et luxueux. Nous avons eu un service exceptionnel tout le long du séjour.
L'hôtel dispose de plusieurs service que l'on peut utiliser a notre guise dont le SPA et la piscine mais oas que (un salon pour se détendre, des jeux de sociétés, le parc etc).
Pas beaucoup de restaurant a côté mais il y en a 3 qui feront largement l'affaire et a seulement 10 minutes en voiture de certai s points : lacs, châteaux, ...

Unforgettable experience and excellent comfort.
Pros:

Everything. Atmosphere, comfort and location. Food and drinks were amazing. Perfect place where to return after exploring Italy alps.

Other guests leaving their personal belongings (towel, swimwear etc.) by the pool or in garden overnight or for several hours.
