Un hôtel décevant et bien trop cher pour la qualité proposée — à éviter.
Pros:

La literie était correcte, ce qui a permis de bien dormir, et le petit déjeuner était satisfaisant.

Cons:

Cet hôtel ne vaut clairement pas son prix, surtout lorsqu’on le compare à d’autres établissements du séjour. C’est le pire hôtel que j’ai fait en Inde, alors même qu’il n’était qu’à 265 roupies de moins que l’hôtel Mercure en pension complète bien supérieur. Il ne faut surtout pas se fier aux photos présentes sur le site, qui ne reflètent pas la réalité.
L’accueil n’était pas à la hauteur, et l’établissement manquait clairement de propreté. La chambre ne disposait pas de frigo, ce qui est pourtant un minimum attendu.
De plus, la douche ne possédait même pas de pommeau, ce qui est très peu pratique.

Not a lot really. The only good thing is the hotel is in a nice residential area, away from Delhi's traffic and pollution.

Basic hotel, not worthy of 3* rating as shown on Booking.com site. Very expensive for the facilities. Staff failed and dodged booking the complimentary airport taxi, and I had to find my own way to the hotel. Checked out a day early, and was told that the system would only check me out and generate invoice after the initial check-out date - means, I was not officially checked out of the hotel and could be liable for anything happened in the room after my exit. Will never stay there again. There are better choices out there.

The staff were helpful

Cons:

The door to our room got jammed & couldn’t be opened with the key card. The staff had to tamper with the lock & finally they opened with a key. They wouldn’t give us another room.

I booked with ‘breakfast included’ though when we got to the hotel we opted out of breakfast.Our bill finally included the breakfast cost too.

I paid 36,000/- for 3 nights. But the tax invoice they emailed me showed only 33,000/- Somehow didn’t feel the staff were honest.

Also the room did not look anything like the images shown
