Pros:

It’s close to the race track.
The receptionist was friendly and tried her best to make the mistake, right again.

Cons:

There was no parking, even for the handicapped.
They gave our room to someone else.
Breakfast wasn’t good at all.

Awesome room concept but would have waited and proposed a soft launch for any hiccups.
Pros:

I like the young lady who explained and apologized for the renovations. I love how attentive the housekeeping staff was. I love the concept of the room.

Cons:

The room lacked a direct connection to the front desk. The phone was plugged up but useless. The breakfast is not one of any of the previous IHG properties I've stayed. The staff did not try to keep the breakfast area clean or stocked with coffee. The biscuits and sausage looked expressed out of a microwave. I understand thy are transitioning. I would have waited until one floor was completely refurbished and stocked. I had to inquire about an iron/iron board. The last night of our stay the toilet decided it wanted to be difficult. Paul did suggest moving us to another room. We had too much luggage and it was too late in the evening to pack up and relocate.

Great stay just didn’t like not having a place to hang up your close and the microwave iissue
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

The removed room that si stayed in did not have a place to hang up clothes and the microwave words was dropping debris when used and the words were not in English

Cons:

The furnishings were old and carpet looked like there had been flooding in the room. The breakfast was not that good. The eggs were rubbery and the cereal tasted weird.

This was our 3rd year in a row that we stayed there and the worst stay ever in that hotel.
Pros:

Location, breakfast, and staff were all very good. food was good and location is excellent

Cons:

Price and amenities. No more pool. We were given a handicap room which we didn't request and it was a pain to get a shower. We paid about $60.00 more per night than usual. We weren't told that the pool was closed.

There was no pool which I wasn’t aware of until arrival , the second morning the breakfast eggs were burned, the offered lemon water which was not changed my entire stay and the only ice machine was in the first floor

We will stay again but will bring coffee.
Pros:

Everything. The place was super clean and quiet. The bed was super comfortable and the staff couldn’t have been nicer! We will definitely stay again.

Very nice place I definitely would stay here again.
Pros:

It’s very clean and my rooms was huge and clean.

Cons:

This is very picky but working property management I look at certain things. The ceiling in the bathroom could use some painting and the tub needs to be glazed and caulked.
