Die Lage ist top. Das Personal war superfreundlich, um nicht zu sagen herausragend !!! und in jedem Punkt hilfsbereit. Es war zudem sehr unkompliziert rein-und rauszukommen und auszuchecken, was ein Segen ist, wenn es frühmorgens eilig hat. Extrapunkt für den Kühlschrank, der wirklich kühlt!! Bitte so lassen.

Cons:

Nicht gefallen kann ich gar nicht sagen, lediglich ein paar Hinweise geben. Das Zimmer (No. 32) ist etwas abgerockt. Es gab nur ein Zahnputzglas, eine angebrochene Klopapierrolle und der Seifenspender der Duschwanne war bei Ankunft leer. Das Zimmer ist relativ warm, für die bereits gut abgekühlten Temperaturen. Es gibt zwar einen Ventilator, aber aufgrund der wenigen Steckdosen, muss man sich entscheiden, ob man seine Geräte lädt oder den Ventilator nutzt. Das war aber alles nicht tragisch, sondern lediglich der Abstand zu supergut.

Pros:

I was extremely dissatisfied with the hotel room. The room was not clean, the ceiling was very low and made the room feel dark and uncomfortable, and there was only a small window. There was barely enough space to move around in the room.
The bathroom was also in very poor condition. The hairdryer was lying on the floor, and the shower head was detached. I honestly have to ask: was the room actually checked before the guest arrived?
I am very disappointed. I have stayed at many hotels in Germany, but I have never had such an experience before.
Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. In my opinion, it is absolutely not worth the price we pay.

ich war mit dem Hotelzimmer überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Das Zimmer war nicht sauber, die Decke war sehr niedrig und das Zimmer wirkte dadurch sehr eng und bedrückend. Es gab nur ein kleines Fenster und kaum Platz, um sich im Zimmer richtig zu bewegen.
Auch das Badezimmer war in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Der Föhn lag auf dem Boden und die Dusche war teilweise abmontiert.
Ich frage mich wirklich, ob das Zimmer vor der Ankunft des Gastes überhaupt kontrolliert wurde.
Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Ich habe schon in vielen Hotels in Deutschland übernachtet, aber so eine Erfahrung habe ich bisher noch nie gemacht.
Ich würde dieses Hotel auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen. Meiner Meinung nach ist das Hotel den Preis, den man dafür bezahlt, überhaupt nicht wert.

Nice place, bad experience
Pros:

Clean room, nice localization.

Cons:

The checkin should be made in a totem in front of the hotel. As there was no receptionist, there is no baggage storage or early checkin option.
Since there is no one at the reception, it’s hard to find help for minor problems, as the phone and whatsapp indicated doesn’t work.

Fließen im Bad kaputt , Bild im Flur kaputt, Fußboden im Zimmer war klebrig , Das einchecken hat schlecht funktioniert brauchte am Terminal 20 Minuten .
