Overall, our stay was disappointing due to the condition of the room and several maintenance issues,
Pros:

The staff was friendly and present, and they did the best they could with what they had. The breakfast was hot and offered a decent variety of options, and the pool was clean and enjoyable.

Cons:

We booked a room with a kitchenette, but it wasn’t stocked with even the basic dishes, which kind of defeated the purpose of having a kitchenette in the first place. The carpet was so old that it felt grimy and sticky, and the TV had lines running across the screen no matter what channel we watched. The balcony door was so damaged that it barely opened. When we finally managed to step out onto the balcony, we were shocked to look up and see a woman standing completely naked on the balcony above us. The couch bed was so old and worn that our daughter was essentially sleeping on the floor because it sank so low, and the shower had to run at full heat for about ten minutes before the water was actually warm enough to use. Overall, the room was extremely disappointing and not at all what we expected.

Cons:

Our room looked like one they give to people with pets. We had ours. The bathroom door was scratched and peeling. The soap in the shower was empty.

Cons:

• Facility Cleanliness and Maintenance: Poor cleanliness and disrepair, with closed hot tub and sauna. Safety around these areas!
• Pool Safety: Unsafe walls and ladders, making it advisable to avoid. Towels only available upon request, while pool temperature is extremely cold.
• Outdated Amenities: Outdated television with a malfunctioning remote control.

The hotel was okay but marijuana smell was overwhelming at times.
Pros:

The property was okay. The staff member that greeted us was very kind and accommodating.

Cons:

Weird setup to have no one physically greet you when you walked in the door. Had to pick up phone to get help. I signed agreement not to smoke in the facility. The smell of marijuana was prevalent in hallway which in turn seeped into the room.

The guests of lower class, kids running around unsupervised and running the halls, jumping and screaming, laughing after 10pm. Called front desk to correct unruly guests.

My first room was musty and the carpet was wet. The second room was nice but the toilet clogged up.

Our stay for one night was okay for the price. Probably wouldn’t recommend.
Pros:

Room was nice size. Location was great! Breakfast had several things offered.

Cons:

Bathroom counter was small. TV was small. Phones didn’t work to call front desk. Ice maker was not on our floor so you had to go up or down to get ice. No WiFi.

Eccellente posizione, proprio a pochi passo dal lago. Bellissimo per passeggiate, anche serali. Personale del front desk eccezionale: ci ha supportati per varie richieste in modo super gentile e collaborativo.

Liked being able to walk down the docks then do dinner at Jonahs. Staff was VERY kind and accommodating 🙂
