Pros:

De bedden waren goed, goede kamer met koelkast, koffiezetapparaat en waterkoker. Fijne douche, goede ligging vlak bij centrum Alkmaar, parkeren onder het hotel, vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Duur parkeren, douchen in badkuip wat gvaarlijk m.n. voor ouderen, douchegordijn niet van deze tijd.
Ontbijt sober en duur in verhouding tot wat ze aanbieden

De locatie, comfortabele kamer en super schoon

Cons:

Het ontbijt vind ik vrij duur voor wat je er voor krijgt , een goedkope schouderham zou ik ambachtelijke achterham serveren voor een 4 sterren hotel.

Sehr zentrale Lage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.die Zimmer sind groß.
Parkplatz auf dem Hof. Das Frühstück war ok.

Cons:

Eine Decke für ein Dopperbett ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.
Keine Dusche. Nur wanne mit Duschkopf und Duschvorhang.

keine Heizung im Bad, keine Dusche- nur Badewanne, nicht mehr zeitgemäss, insbesondere für ein 4 Sterne Haus,
Frühstück für den aufgerufenen Preis nur mittelmässig, wenig Service.

De ligging, mooie kamer en vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Alles was prima. Het parkeren is wel een dingetje daar als je de hele dag op betaald parkeren moet staan.
