La atención del personal, son todos muy amables.
Elegimos el lugar por la alberca y solo nos pudimos meter un par de horas un día de nuestro alojamiento, el resto de los días estuvo en "mantenimiento".
Además, no funcionaba el teléfono de la habitación y no tuvimos WiFi.

Que tuve que bajar del piso 8 a recepción por qué no podía abrir la puerta de mi habitación
la ubicacion esta muy centrico y cerca de todo, la atencion del personal buena,
prefiero con cama king ya que fui en pareja

Excelente precio, la habitación muy limpia y las camas y almohadas muy cómodas
El día que llegamos fuimos a la alberca. Notamos que el agua estaba algo sucia.
Al día siguiente quisimis ir de nuevo. Según el reglamento la alberca la abrían a las 8 am, pasamos como a las 10am y la reja estaba cerrada con llave.
El servicio incluído del buffet
En la habitación no servía el teléfono y las sabanas estaban sucias,la regadera el resumidero estaba tapado y se inundaba, además de que no tienen un control con los huéspedes que se hospedan ya que la noche que pase ahí se la pasaron platicando en el pasillo poniendo música y no dejaron dormir hasta las dos de la mañana, tuvimos que salir a decirles nosotros que guardarán silencio ya que nunca nos pudimos comunicar a recepción porque no servía el teléfono.
La ubicación excelente, el desayuno bueno, solo que el área de la alberca fría
el clima no se podia regular
Que si no están usando el restaurante del hotel cuando llegas te digan que no está en serio y que te darán el servicio en el hotel de enfrente

- No dan control remoto de t.v. (dicen que es a disposicion)
- Poca limpieza en la alberca, con cucarachas a un lado y basura expuesta
-Elevador en malas condiciones hace mucho ruido al subir y bajar y la puerta no cierra por 2 cm.

Tienes que bajar a recepción por lo que necesitas como el control de la tele si requiere agua etc
