Great Location & Comfort, Breakfast Needs Work
Pros:

Unbeatable location! The airport bus stops right outside, 3 metro lines are at the doorstep, and fashion wholesale malls are just a stone’s throw away.
The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the hotel has great gym equipment plus a convenient coin laundry.

Overpriced and disappointing stay

Cons:

This hotel is definitely overpriced for the quality provided. The location is not convenient at all, making it frustrating to get around. To make matters worse, the room towels were dirty, the bed was very uncomfortable, and the breakfast needs great improvement. Overall, a very disappointing experience—I would not recommend staying here.

Buena elección si quieres estar cerca del aeropuerto o de Chamartín
Pros:

Muy buen desayuno. Buena ubicación cerca de Chamartín y el aeropuerto . Cana cómoda. Muy limpio

Cons:

La bañera era muy alta y resbalaba. Había cortina de ducha en vez de mampara, algo no muy propio de un 4 estrellas. Alto precio pero supongo q era debido a un evento de F1 que había en la ciudad.
