The staff was friendly. Check in was quick. The room was clean. The location is great for people who travel along 401. We all like the pool.
The chlorine level at the pool was too high because my kids got chemical burns after being in the pool. My skin was just too dry afterwards. Other than that, it was fine!
It was clean and tidy.
To close to the highways
The room was clean and fresh. Everthing worked like it was suppose to. The staff were exceptionally friendly, pleasant and helpful.
I didn't like the couch in the room, i didn't find it comfortable to sit on
Quietness, new shower.
Dirty walls, dirty & used carpet, poor quality mattress, lack of furniture (no chairs or table), the television is misplaced and not in front of the bed. The bed has been also misplaced for unknown reasons and it was placed in a way that they had to eliminate one night table.
Motel was clean, pool was supposed to be heated. It was still fairly cold. Bed were comfortable. Staff was friendly, welcoming. We had to go to front desk for several reasons. Staff dealt with issues right away.
Hotel looked little run down. Not a big deal you get what you pay for. Our room was freezing. Was not told the heat was off. After about 2 hours of being so cold we were considering checking out and going home we discovered a thermostat and turned the heat on. Through no fault of the staffs one of our immediate neighbors near our room was smoking pot. That's all you could smell. Another family on our floor the kids were out if control. Running up and down the halls at all hours shrieking and laughing and carrying on. The staff told us they were running through the whole hotel up and down the stairwells and hallways. Coffee was available in the lobby. No water to make tea. No extra blankets or pillows in the room.

Friendly staff, felt safe.
There was only one chair in the room probably because there room was too small. Signs of shady repairs (like electronics inside the elevator were in place with duct tape) could indicate some other hidden cut-corner issues.
Everything was great staff was amazing with us
Wish it had coffee makers in room or a small complimentary breakfast but overall it was fantastic for the price
