Better blankets, only one elevator was working.

Strip bar is very near hotel

Bad smell coming out of the sink drain in the bathroom

Beds were very uncomfortable

One of the outlets in our room was burnt out completely and we were afraid to use it. The other outlets don't support any sort of plugs, they just fall out of the wall

I could not control the heat air conditioning the bathtub there was no Stoppers and it was not clean the rug was not good marks on it only two pillows one blanket large crack in the door noisy you could hear your neighbors in the room no pen or paper to drop things down no coffee maker there was not enough towels in the washroom not like a hotel when you stay there everything is really nice and they give you extra items

One staff member was cursing around my 3 year old. Staff should be aware of customers around when they are showing their frustration, not professional at all. The pool was disappointing- it was warm which was nice. But it was foggy/dirty/ too much chemicals burning my eyes. The liner of the pool was filthy where the water level stops with visible dirt and scum. We chose motel 6 for the indoor pool and it was not what was expected. The pool area was also very dimly lit with not much seating.

The place needs better upkeep, only one elevator working and outside no one seems to have done the landscaping around entire building and parking lot in very very long time....weeds and grass overgrown throughout property. In room, maintenance lacking...visible screws placed to hold headboard and other loose furnishings. Also, noted a loose screw on large AC unit so alittle noisy when running.

My bed collapsed my first night and I fell out of it and got stuck between the boxspring and concrete wall/ by window and hurt myself during the middle of the night and was wedged and pinched and couldn’t leverage 6’3” inch 240 pound body up and out for 10 minutes and hurt myself during this incident and had to go to the London St Joseph’s urgent care centre for x-rays and evaluation. My worst motel lodging ever in my entire lifetime of 53 years and I deserve to be compensated for this deplorable situation . I should also mention that the window locks were missing and broken which I discovered when I fell off my bed and investigated everything. Very unsafe and unsettling and shocking to say the least. The elevators are in horrendous condition and only one works but it sounds like it’s ready to collapse like my bed… no joking but the General Manager said they are replacing both with new ones but clearly they waiting too long and they are unsafe . Take the stairs !

The General Manager still try to transfer the blame onto me and I requested for her to come and see the horrid conditions of the bed and window and she wouldn’t come and look as she said she would need to investigate. Investigate what ? I’m the important variable in the entire investigation if you cared about your customers!!! Right

The rooms did NOT look like the pictures online.
We had a very dirty room. We had smears of brown on the walls in the bathroom. Only 1 elevator worked. The pool had black mildew in it. The transition floor trim came off when we used the bathroom once. Air conditioners air filters flashed they needed to be changed.
I'm sure this place was nice at one time it is definitely showing its age and needs an update. It wasn't worth the 220$ stay for one night. I truly don't know how this is a 4 star.

Only one elevator. Long waits. Room key had to be reprogrammed every other use. Outdoor grounds full of weeds.
