A friendly, convenient, and pet-friendly place that is especially great for families traveling with pets and a trailer.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the check-in process was easy. The parking lot is large and very convenient for travelers with bigger vehicles or trailers. We stayed with our children, a cat, and a dog, and really appreciated how pet-friendly the hotel was. The room was simple, practical, and comfortable.

Cons:

Some parts of the room and facilities are a little dated and could use some updating. However, considering the price, we were very satisfied overall.

As a work/business or medical stay, it is acceptable
Pros:

the a/c was already on when I arrived. the pillows an bed were comfortable. Front desk staff was fantastic

Cons:

there was rust & mold in the washroom: sink, on the counter where it meets the wall, a few minor areas in the shower...
there was no table or chairs other than the one at the fixed desk
the room door did not shut fully on it's own unless it was 'slammed' shut.
there was a lot of building internal noise until about 11pm

Pros:

staff was friendly!

Cons:

-Beds had stains on them
-Door locks where damaged and it caused us to stay trapped in our room
-washroom handle completely missing
-no emergency telephone in the room
-people smoking hash in neighbouring rooms
-floor above us seemed to be under construction ?

receptionist was very polite and smiling and get me updgrade on ground floor no upcharge. over all very nice experience for the price

I enjoyed our stay even though everything wasn't perfect.

Everything was clean and tidy.we enjoyed our stay.

The tv didn't work properly. We had a hard time shutting our door to our room.
