It’s an amazing hotel. The building is so gorgeous, and while the rooms are a little more basic, they are comfortable and clean and huge

Beautiful property with well appointed room, great bathroom, great swimming pool and sauna. Restaurant is great for dinner and breakfast too.
Small cleanliness issue around the edges which was raised with the reception staff at check out.
Gorgeous location and premises. The staff were all extremely friendly and the breakfast we had included in the package was delicious. We also made use of the pool and sauna facilities and loved them.
No issues at all. Truly loved it.
The breakfast was good
The room was not what I expected of a 4 star hotel. The curtains had a big tear in them and the carpets were threadbare in places. The bed looked like it had not been changed after previous guests.
I have seen better rooms in budget friendly hotels.

Massage was booked for us to have together but due to staff shortage had to have them seperate was told on the day we had it booked so shortage notice
All the staff made you feel very welcome, especially the front desk staff
I think the spa and pool was a little dated and looked tired
