I am extremely disappointed with my stay. The property used to be well-kept, but now it feels very outdated. I changed my entire travel route from Canada to Texas specifically to visit this hotel again for the Sunday brunch, which was included in my booking last year. Finding out now that it is no longer included is a huge letdown. For $185 a night, the room feels old with just a view of treetops, which feels like a 2-star hotel standard. Furthermore, the front desk staff was very unpleasant and unprofessional—they didn't even inform me about the damage deposit fee, they just put the total amount upfront without any explanation. The beds were worn out and had a sag in the middle that you'd fall into during the night. Also, the coffee machine and the TV remote didn't work. There are much cheaper options with better service, and I will definitely never stay at this hotel again.

Booking.com F**KED up!! They NEVER booked my 1 room with 2 queen beds like I paid for. As matter of fact, you all never booked the room at ALL!! We had to get the LAST 2 rooms that were adjoining which I did NOT ask for and did NOT pay for!! Booking.com SUCKS at everything, I will never recommend them to anyone...............................................
The amount of people it can hold and the space.
It could really use a BIG update. This hotel was FREEZING. My sister in laws hands were blue. She slept with her clothes on and her jacket. The blanket she was giving by housekeeping was no thicker than a table cloth.
We had a very expensive buffet dinner. The room we ate in was so cold we could wait to get out of the dinning room. The buffet (ribs and sides) was not worth the cost.
We like the unique style of the hotel and the convenience of the lounge and restaurant onsite.
The pillows were too puffy and thick.

Unsure if the air conditioning machine was working or not or if it was just designed the way it is but we barely felt any A/C in our room.
Our room was dirty and the grouns had remnants of old food all around. The room smelled moldy as well, and we asked to switch room and were accommodated.
In town for a conference. Decent, but tired looking hotel. My room had a musty smell.
The A/C wasn't working. Front desk said they would send Maintenance up at 3pm when he got in. Apparently he never showed for work. I asked to borrow a box fan a could see in the front desk office, and left out door open to pull air in from the hallway.
There was a vent in the shower that looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in years.
Overall very Unimpressed!!
The room was clean, staff were friendly and accommodating, and would stay there again
