Make booking else where if you value your money over service
Pros:

nothing particular other than the location which close to everything near by and also the hotel is secluded from the main
road so no traffic noise and issues

Cons:

Breakfast Mediocre,
front desk per my interaction during check-in bad.
Rooms were given on different floors so Kids were separated from us absolutely hated this.
Breakfast Staff not great,
current management is running down the legacy brand

Cons:

Principalmente dos funcionários da recepção e administração. O hotel aluga espaços para festas até tarde da noite com muito barulho no prédio que eu estava hospedada. Quase impossível de dormir com os barulhos das festas.

Pros:

The location and the rooms were spacious than most of the contemporary properties. The buffet and the service in the restaurant was amazing and excellent.

Cons:

The room service and other customer related services right from reception should be improved. I felt that the purpose of keeping the intercom in room was a waste as most of the calls meant to connect for services were unanswered.

Cons:

Terrible attitude from the staff, they did not provide any of the assistance we requested for multiple issues. We were kept waiting with repeated assurances but nothing was done. Rooms were old and slightly dilapidated. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

Cauchemar ! La plus mauvaise expérience de ma vie ...

Malheureusement, ma première expérience et bien la dernière expérience dans cet hôtel s’est très mal passée.

Le première jour, à mon arrivée, j’ai récupéré la chambre un peu plus tard donc j’ai dû attendre que ma chambre soit prête. Le ménage laissait à désirer, surout la douche et salle de bain.

Le deuxième jour, j'avais un évènement à l'extérieur donc j'ai quitté la chambre vers 8h du matin mais quand je suis rentrée l'après-midi vers 16h00, le ménage n’avait pas encore été fait dans ma chambre. Le personnel de ménage n’est venu qu'après avoir été appelé par moi-même pour que le ménage soit fait. De plus, quand ils sont arrivés, ils m'ont demandés s'ils devaient ou pas changer les serviettes et les draps... Le ménage a encore été fait très rapidement.

Le troisième jour, encore une fois, le ménage n’avait pas été fait. Ils sont venus à 18h30, alors que j’avais une réunion donc je ne pouvais pas les laisser faire le ménage car ils auraient déjà dû venir depuis la matinée comme je n’etais pas dans la chambre.

Le dernier jour, je devais quitté la chambre. Le check out était à 12h, ils ne sont pas gênés de m'appeler pour libérer la chambre alors que le service n’était pas au rendez-vous depuis le premier jour.
Je devais également me rafraîchir, avant de prendre le vol et malheureusement ils m’ont dit d'utiliser les douches de leur spa. Et encore une fois le lieu était catastrophique, ça sentait le pipi, la moisissure, un vrai cauchemar ...

Par ailleurs, j’ai commandé deux plats avec eux. Le premier était malheureusement légèrement cramé (poulet en sauce). Concernant, le deuxième plat, même si je sais que l’Inde est réputé pour faire des plats épicés, ils sont carrément laissé des piments rouges dans le Thai curry poulet.
