uno de los vigilantes de acceso a la playa, nos hizo pagar 80.000 a un extraño por las carpas que supuestamente eran de uso para los huespedes en la playa

En nuestra habitación no habían hecho un buen aseo antes de entregarla y había una cucaracha muerta en el clóset del cuarto. Teniendo en cuenta lo que uno paga no debería suceder, se nota que no abrieron los closets para hacer un buen aseo porque estaba a plena vista con tan solo abrir la puerta :/ rápidamente nos cambiaron de habitación y en esa si olía delicioso y estaba impecable, pero así debería haber sido desde el principio

Las piscinas, la seguridad y la ubicación frente al mar.
La comida rica. La atención en recepción fue excelente.

La atención en los meseros. Las carpas del hotel deberían quedar en 1era línea y no tener que pagarlas.

El desayuno, las piscinas

Cons:

La habitación temática en la que nos hospedamos no tiene ventanas, ninguna visibilidad al exterior. Solo hay una ventana que tiene publicidad por fuera lo cual impide la visibilidad. Además el ruido de la calle es demasiado, de noche pasan motos de alto cilindraje, chivas y demás, que interrumpen el sueño. Solicité que el cambio de habitación pero no me respondieron.
