Ubicación muy cerca al aeropuerto y a la playa, la playa aunque no es privada está controlada en cuanto a afluencia de turistas y vendedores, el servicio excelente, la fama muy cómoda y la
Cocina excelente.
Las instalaciones aunque son buenas, la habitaciones están un poco viejas, la cortinas muy sucias y los rieles viejos, no oscurecen suficiente, los muebles desajustados. Hay mucho ruido en las noches hasta las 10 pm un animador con micrófono y música que afectan el descanso especialmente nosotros que llevábamos bebé.

La carta del restaurante es la misma desde hace muchos años, la ducha de la habitación tiene un olor a cañería muy fuerte, los lugares para quitarse la arena cuando se llega de la playa están deteriorados y el AA hace demasiado ruido.

The pools (so many to choose), the restaurants, so many activities for all the family. It's a great hotel to stay at Cartagena. My kids loved it.
Se puede estar tanto en Casa de Playa como en Torre del Mar. Ambos ambientes diferentes y excelentes, con una gama amplia de restaurantes y un Juan Valdez.

Las piscinas son limpias, hay variedad de piscinas. Incluye parque acuático infantil.
La piscina de niños la cierran a las 5 pm y la de los adultos a las 6 pm, me parece un poco temprano. Es cerca al aeropuerto, se escuchan aviones hasta tarde.
