El mejor lugar para estar en familia .
Pros:

Excelentes Habitaciones , piscinas y playa. Es un lugar muy familiar. Buena comida y ambiente muy agradable .

Cons:

El personal de meseros… no dan importancia al huésped, no están pendientes , están distraídos , para no atender se hacen todo el tiempo los que están concentrados en su tablet . Hubo buenas personas también … pero la mayoría poco interés , ni una sonrisa , ni un buenos días . Destacó a los vigilantes , ellos parecen de otro hotel amables , miran a los ojos , entablan conversación de respeto y de servicio.

Habitación sucia. Aseo mal hecho. Almohadas olían mal y estaban en mal estado. Hay mosquitos. Para el precio no debería ser así.

It was a terrible experience.

The staff was amazing and accommodating.

Cons:

We booked a 7 day stay. After the first night, our room flooded and we had to change rooms. And the next room smelled awful, like mold and sewage. The king was huge, but hard as a rock. And the mini fridge was so cold it froze all of the drinks, which exploded in the fridge. We tried to find a way to lower the temperature, but there was no knob to change the setting. Not to mention the birds at breakfast were horrible. One pooped on my head at breakfast, so I had to leave in the middle to shower. And they constantly stole food from the plates as people ate. It was just all around an incredibly disappointing stay. I wanted to change hotels after the first night, but had already prepaid for the week. We felt trapped. I hope others don’t make the same mistake. And the beach was flooded with people constantly trying to sell you things and the ladies come up trying to give massages and started rubbing on my neck even as I swatted them away.

El peor servicio de limpieza que he visto en un hotel de su clase

El personal del restaurante Bijao excelente. super atentos nos ayudaron tanto con la cena de la nena. Los salvavidas de verdad un trato maravilloso.

Cons:

Buenas noches. Mañana realizo mi check-out y quiero dejar constancia de mi mala experiencia en su hotel, totalmente inaceptable para una categoría de 5 estrellas. A la falta de agua de cortesía, la negativa de un vaso de agua en el desayuno y la falta de toallas de manos, se suma un servicio de limpieza deficiente: la cama mal hecha con almohadas completamente arrugadas, el basurero sin bolsa plástica y la puerta de la ducha está descolgada, no cierra y representa un peligro físico, ya que hay que levantarla a la fuerza. El servicio recibido no corresponde al precio pagado en Booking.

Lamentablemente no fue un sitio de descanso, demasiado ruido y malas instalaciones

Las habitaciones no tienen ventanas ni forma de ventilar, hay que prender la luz desde que te levantas. Pues es oscuro, la cocina sin luz, el ruido de los bares y tiendas de la calle no te deja dormir. No tiene una entrada visualmente agradable pues es como la puerta de un garaje hacia abajo, no volvería a quedarme en ese lugar
