Great hotel, very close to the airport
Pros:

Pool area
Hotel was spotless

Cons:

Rooms were a little tired.
Public areas could do with a revamp
Buffet was good but other food offerings were poor, especially the Burger Bar

Pros:

The location, so close to the airport.
Lots of nice restaurants close by & only a few minutes in a taxi to Peurto del Carmen.
Heated swimming pool, perfect for the winter months.
For the size of the property it’s always clean.
Rooms cleaned every day if you want.
Staff always friendly & helpful.

Cons:

Decor is a bit dated but that’s the case With a lot of Spanish hotels & when it’s only to put your head down it’s not a big deal.

Pros:

Location is amazing. 5 mins from the airport and literally on the beach front.
Hotel has the best thermal spa I've ever been too and I had an amazing facial with a therapist called Helen. Receptionists were very helpful. Bedrooms were very clean with gorgeous balcony looking at the sea.

Cons:

Room, very poor only 2 electric points..I have a sleep machine, no power either side of the bed, Fortunately THE POWER CABLE WAS LONG ENEOUGH TO REACH THE nearest point at the bathroom. Same for kettle provided. THE kettle cable was not long eneough to reach the one power point on that side of the room. It had to be put on the floor to use the only other power point outside the bathroom. It certainly was not 4 star. I think just about 3 stars BEACAUSE OF THE GOOD BREAKFAST & COMFORTABLE BED & PILLOWS. BEDROOM FURNITURE ANTIQUATED. CERTAINLY NOT UP TO THE STANDARD OF OTHER 4 STAR HOTELS

Tanto el comedor como las comidas para ser un cuatro estrellas, las comidas suspende por repetitivas y baja calidad por la categoría que tiene y se paga

Só many things that I ddnt like about this properly. Very low information provided to guest, same lunch and dinner everyday , the all inclusive is not really all inclusive . Many extra hidden charges

Descanso, relax y súper comidas

Nos encanto el hotel, la comida riquísima buffet, los empleados geniales y como íbamos todo incluido los regalaron 2 horas de Spa maravillosas

Cons:

Lo único que cambiará que el Show nocturno acabo a las 22:30 y la música que dejaron puesta era malisima, podrían dejar una Playlist con canciones de disco y variada, para poder bailar, nadie quería irse a la habitación pero no quedo de otra!!!!! Por aburrimiento 😑
