Pros:

Estaba limpio y no vi ni una cucaracha en todo el hotel. La ubicación es muy buena.

Cons:

Los empleados estaban más tensos que la ropa tendida durante 3 días al sol. Se ve un ambiente forzado a poner buenas caras y se nota la tensión. En varios momentos lo viví sobretodo en el buffet. Están más pendientes de quien pagó y no pagó la bebida.. que en dar mejor servicio. No los culpo a ellos, sino a quien los dirige.

Ubicación muy buena,pegado a la playa y al paseo marítimo,personal camareros, limpieza, recepcionistas muy amable,mi marido tiene discapacidad y enseguida nos hicieron cambio de habitación a una adaptada

Pésima. Las habitaciones sucias, antiguas, llenas de mosquitos. Estuve en tres habitaciones diferentes, la primera fue la número 25, sucia, las paredes llenas de sangre de mosquitos, hormigas, muebles rotos y lo peor de todo es que salían mosquitos por el aire acondicionado, no pude dormir esa noche, tenía tanto calor que solicité un cambio de habitación, me cambiaron a la habitación 89, en la cual también salían mosquitos por el aire acondicionado y lo peor de todo es que estaba al lado de la discoteca, tampoco pude dormir esa noche ni por los mosquitos ni por el ruido.. Me faltaban dos noches por dormir, así que solicité el reembolso de las dos ultimas para irme a otro hotel y la respuesta del hotel fue, que me reembolsaban el dinero de la última, perdiendo el dinero de una noche, porque eran las 13.00 HRS, o cambio de habitación o también tenía la opción de un espray y aparato para los mosquitos jajaja.
La tercera habitación que fue la 2045 ya no tenía mosquitos pero el aire no funcionaba bien, así que pasamos mucho calor, pero claro ya no podía hacer nada.
Conclusión perdi mi dinero, me amargaron mis vacaciones con tanto cambio de habitación y todo lo que supone con una niña pequeña, termine en el médico con infección en la picaduras de los mosquitos ( soy alérgica) , y el hotel no se hace cargo de nada.
Es un hotel que no tiene un mantenimiento adecuado, sucio, lleno de cucarachas, salen mosquitos por los conductos del aire acondicionado, le falta una reforma, humedad, muebles viejos, los colchones viejos e incómodos.
He perdido mi dinero, y mi tiempo.
Fui a Lanzarote por un torneo de fútbol así que solo iba al hotel a dormir y no pude descansar bien.

Sicuramente torneremo, un posto perfetto per le famiglie a un passo dal mare. Abbiamo avuto tutto quello che ci serviva

Mi e piaciuto tanto sia la struttura in sé che il posto dove è collocato il resort. I bambini si sono divertiti tanto. Il personale della reception era molto accogliente e gentile e sono sempre tanti pronti ad aiutarci.

Cons:

È vero il fatto che il resort era diciamo pieno e il personale dei ristoranti erano stanchi perché sicuramente lavoravano tante ore ma delle volte quando andavamo a mangiare non si comportavano tanto bene.. ed è un peccato, la gentilezza conta sempre. Per il resto tutto bene, stanza pulita , intrattenimento bellissimo tutte le sere , più il
