Muy saturado de gente,me tocó habitación en zona de actuaciones y las voces altas se alargaban mucho,gente a las 3 de e la mañana hablando alto por los pasillos,o sentir golpes

Pros:

The hotel has a perfect location, located on the beach. There are promenade,restaurants and caffe bars. Rooms are clean and tidy with big balcony. The staff is friendly. Breakfast and dinner are excellent, large selection.

Recomendable para descubrir la isla. Buena ubicación, zona tranquila, bonita y de fácil acceso.
Pros:

El hotel en general está bien. Es un cuatro estrellas pero, en mi opinión, no por las instalaciones sino por el personal que trabaja en este hotel que hace que la estancia sea muy positiva. El personal de recepción, limpieza, restauración .... cuida muchísimo del cliente. En el buffet encuentras de todo, reponen con alta frecuencia, alimentos frescos y bien cocinados. El hotel es enorme y los espacios comunes muy amplios, por lo que las épocas de temporada alta seguro que se agradece esta amplitud.

Cons:

Se nota falta de inversión en las instalaciones, pero no impide para disfrutar de una buena estancia. Eché en falta algún enchufe más en las habitaciones.

Settimana a Lanzarote da solo. Relax!

Bellissima la camera. Moderna. Pulita. Grande con un bel salotto, un bagno enorme ed il terrazzo con vista panoramica. La Spa e i suoi Servizi. La piscina e l'intrattenimento serale. La cordialità del personale

Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y las habitaciones son amplias. A nosotros nos tocó una reformada pero las que no lo están son un poco viejas. El personal muy amable y la zona de piscina y comunes de ocio están bien

Cons:

La comida en general muy pobre y mala. No suelo quejarme de los buffet porque siempre hay cosas que gustan más y otras menos, pero sí que deberían revisar la comida y mejorar bastante la calidad. No me esperaba esto de un hotel de 4 estrellas y conociendo la cadena hotelera.

No me gustó que del costo que se paga te quieren cobrar aparte todo toallas para la piscina , para la caja fuerte cuando es un hotel de 4 estrellas te debería de poner caja fuerte gratis si no no colocarlo para cobrarte por día
El personal no es muy amable
La comida no varían nada del buffet siempre es lo mismo y la atmósfera se hace pesada por qué no es lo que esperas por el precio que pagas

La amplitud de las habitaciones; el spa sencillo pero suficiente para ratos de relax.

Cons:

Las camas no eran buenas; el menú de rancho: proteínas de bajísima calidad y mucho hidrato barato, para llenar estómagos..Desayuné y cené mal. No tiene la calidad de un 4 estrellas.

The rooms were good

The actual building needs bringing in to the 21st century. Breakfast was very average. Was only there for one night thankfully.
