The price and quality do not match.
Pros:

Very friendly staff; Katya, the manager, kindly helped and explained everything about check-in and where to go for a walk. Convenient location close to the city center and the observatory.

Cons:

The hotel is very old; there is mold in the bathroom and no shelves to put things on. Noise from the hallway carries easily, and there was such a terrible smell of chlorine on the floor that it gave me a headache. Breakfast was very meager, and the price is high considering the quality.

Pros:

Perfect location for what I needed. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Room was sufficient although the bathroom was a little tired. Shower was good with lots of hot water.

Номер был забронирован заранее, за несколько дней, но за 5 часов до чек-ин пришло сообщение, что бронь отменена без каких либо пояснений… нам пришлось срочно искать другой отель уже сидя в самолете.., да, так совпало что мы прилетели в дни фестиваля воздушных шаров и видимо The Washington просто сдали наш номер другим туристам по более дорогой цене.

Super Friendly, Decent Value for Money, Clean and Comfortable stay
Pros:

Super Friendly Receptionist. Cooked breakfast was good enough. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Great location for access to the Hot Air Balloon Fiesta.

Cons:

Couple bits of card with names of previous guests, which was a little lack of attention to detail. But this didn't make it "dirty". Aging Building, could use paint and good carpet cleaning in the hotel hallways.

I didn’t need the parking because I was visiting someone local and they gave me a visitor’s permit, but I think the hotel has limited parking spaces.
