Todo perfecto!
The room was very big, they have a good pool and yummy breakfasts, staff is nice
A good 25-30 minute walk to Puerto Banus
The property is in nice grounds. The room was fine and a decent size. There is a large communal pool. However the other smaller pools were not open.
The staff were not particularly friendly or helpful at the reception. The only helpful staff were the housekeepers. The reception did not direct us accurately to where our room was and gave the incorrect information regarding the pool usage and you felt like an inconvenience when the pool staff were rushing people out the pool 30 mins before closing. Also, for rooms on the front of the hotel you cannot access the communal areas without having to walk through the car park and back to reception as all the gates to go through were closed. Also nobody to assist with luggage when there are no lifts.
staff on arrival were rude a hand was flicked at me to go and sit down once they took my passport (i arrived after the 3pm check in time) another member of staff returned my passport and said my room wasnt ready, when it was I was pointed in the direction of my room I took ages to find it and resorted to asking a cleaner (who was he nicest member of staff I encountered) room as terribly noisy, AC didnt work, if i had booked more than one night I would have left. i saw many arguments at the check in desk!
The reception team. Not far from the port by car. Security at the lobby nighttime
You can hear everything from above and around as if there are someone in your room. You hear music and conversations they have in their rooms the same way they hear yours. Both people who are bypassing the window and the ones with rooms to the left for u and over u. I was disturbed by other guests who tried knocking on my door and talk to me as a solo female traveller. This was terrifying happening midnight and often. Housekeeping woke me up at least 4-5 times per day even if it was informed there is no room cleaning.
The place is gorgeous and the pool areas great! I love the courtyard with the church too! So gorgeous - BUT my room was very small with a tiny window looking at an external wall. The room was quite dated, but had everything you need. I would reccommend staying here but maybe upgrade to a good room if you can
