Unfriendly and unhelpful rude staff
Pros:

My mum’s phone had been stolen and the hotel didn’t help at all. Their only response was “it’s not here” – I’d already realised that much myself. They wouldn’t contact me on my mum’s behalf, nor would they contact our tour guide. The staff are very unfriendly. Definitely not an experience I’d want to repeat.

Pros:

Desayuno bueno y variado, no hay que pelearse por las hamacas, piscina tranquila, , no se permite jugar con pelotas ni actividades molestas en ella, algo que se agradece

Hotel muy antiguo, tube que subir a un segundo piso sin ascensor las maletas, el teléfono no funcionaba y tube que bajar a recepción para comunicar que la almohada sucia e incomoda,
, cena bufet justita, , en general caro para las expectativas

Cons:

Do quarto. Era muito velho , não tinha luzes, só tinha duas abajures super antigas e sem iluminação e o quarto tinha mal cheiro, cheirava mofo e xixi. Tudo muito antigo e velhos, colchão, cama, móveis etc. tinha formigas no quarto o tempo todo. Tinha que viver com medo delas estragarem minhas roupas e acessórios .

Great Experience in Blue Bay Banus
Pros:

Very nice resort.
The animation is very very good.
My child was very happy.
A great thanks to Alyssa, Andres, Lidia and Emila.
10 days with sport and funny games.
