Essen super, Lage und Anlage in Ordnung. Kellner freundlich und bemüht. Rezeption so lala.
Pros:

Wir hatten 4 Nächte mit Frühstück gebucht - das Essen war unglaublich lecker und vielfältig. Für 25 Euro pro Person konnte man das Abendessen ebenfalls Buffet zubuchen, wovon wir gerne Gebrauch nahmen, da auch dieses unglaublich vielfältig und sehr lecker war.

Cons:

Ich hatte in der Nacht Ameisen auf meinem Kissen, in meinen Haaren und auf meinem Körper. War voll eklig - bin dadurch um 5 Uhr morgens schon in die Badewanne gelegen - als ich dies an der Rezeption beanstandet hatte, war es dem Rezeptionisten relativ egal. Er hat nur gemeint er würde dem Housekeeping Bescheid geben, was er jedoch nicht gemacht hatte. Hatte die Dame selber abgefangen, als sie fertig war - sie wusste nichts davon, was ich als enttäuschend empfand. Ja es kann in südlichen Länder dazu kommen, aber dann erwarte ich mir dass das Zimmer gründlich gereinigt und das Bett neu bezogen wird. Dem kamen sie nicht nach. Auch waren fremde Haare im Bad am Boden als wir das Zimmer bezogen haben. War also nicht so reinlich. Was mich ebenfalls störte als eine Gruppe Araber am Ruhepool wohlwissentlich einen Lärm veranstaltet hatten und die Gäste gestört haben. Niemand hat hier vom Personal eingegriffen.

El personal del hotel es increíble, además de tener unas instalaciones increíbles.

Las habitaciones están un poco dejadas, sin ningún tipo de mantenimiento continuo, la nevera huele mal, y en general las habitaciones, por lo menos las que nos tocó a nosotros deja mucho que desear

Great and beautiful place, would look at no other options if returning to the area in future
Pros:

Easily walkable to Puerto Banus, and reasonable taxi fare to Marbella. Lovely pool areas and grounds, excellent large rooms and balconies , brilliant staff, exceptionally maintained and great service

Cons:

One small thing - Maybe just our room, but shower curtain really didn’t work and subsequently kept flooding floors- shower screen would have been better
A larger issue - superb buffet breakfast and variety of choice - but hot food options were consistently without exception room temperature cold - and we were first attendees each morning. Require better means to maintain heat, or even just a microwave for fussier people like me
