Pros:

Den trevliga städerskan. Frukosten va okej

Cons:

Myror på rummet. Det var ganska slitet. Lite äckligt att det flög fåglar i matsalen som åt av kakor och bröd. Personalen i reception kunde inte hälsa när man gick förbi. ( 2 st hälsade alltid)

Will not stay here again.
Pros:

Location is great.

Cons:

Housekeeping was horrible. Never cleaned our room properly, barely threw away our trash. Forgot our used mugs for 2 days which cause ants and bugs to come into the room. Horrible, horrible. Not clean. Not friendly staff, front desk woman greeted us with a frown and an attitude. The front desk older man was sweet.

De tudo em geral, simpatia do staff organização e limpeza dos espaço ar puro sem ruido externo embora fique lado da via rápida.

Cons:

A quantidade de turistas que não respeitam as pessoas alojadas e chegam de madrugada a fazer barulho e bater com portas.

Pros:

Gyönyörű környezetben szuper medencék, csodás növényvilág, A kiszolgáló személyzet nagyon barátságos és segítőkész. Változatosak és finomak voltak az ételek.

Cons:

Az ágyak kicsit lehettek volna szélesebbek.

Pros:

Nice hotel, good location. Staff great.

Cons:

Pool doesn't open until 10.30. No balcony big enough to sit out in the morning/ evening. Needs a refurbishment. If you dont like walking could be a little bit too far from local towns.
But I still enjoyed my stay and would come back.

Pros:

Veldig kort avstand til Puerto Banus sentrum. Gåavstand til stranda. Flott basseng med god temperatur og bar rett ved bassenget.

Cons:

Booket superiorrom med bassengutsikt men fikk ikke dette selv om vi betalte ekstra for det på forhånd. Sa ifra om dette i resepsjon med en gang vi hadde fått tildelt rommet men fortsatt fikk vi ikke nytt rom med det vi hadde krav på. Derfor blir det et stort trekk pga dårlig service.

Cons:

Non puliscono le camere e in 5 giorni non hanno mai cambiato le lenzuola del letto o pulito il pavimento.
Camera piena di insetti di qualsiasi tipo, ragni, ragnatele, polvere. Asciugamani nuovi con macchie visibili.
Non è sicuramente un 4 stelle, struttura vecchia.

Suffisant pour un court séjour
Pros:

Le décor extérieur est très joli, la piscine agréable
Le matelas est confortable

Cons:

Les chambres sont très vieillottes, la salle de bain est fonctionnelle mais à refaire : baignoire, rideau de douche sale (qui n’a pas dû être changé depuis des décennies), pas de pression pour se laver.
Le buffet petit déjeuné possède un large choix mais les produits sont de qualité très médiocre. C’est vraiment dommage.
Le personnel pas très aimable mise à part notre femme de ménage qui était très gentille.
L’hôtel est quand même loin à pied de Puertos Banus (meme en marchant vite pour arriver à l’entrée de puertos Banus il faut 25-30min)
Parking payant 20€/j (possible de se garer gratuitement dans la rue derrière)
