Why we stay here
Pros:

Staff pleasant and helpful. Offered an upgrade if we did not need two queen beds ( which we did not) in exchange for a king size bed in a junior suite.
Rooms are always clean.

Very convenient for Park/ Sleep/Fly.
Pros:

This hotel is very convenient for travelers flying out of RDU. We have stayed here several times when traveling to and from RDU, parking our car here while away and enjoying the free shuttle to and from the airport.

Cons:

The gentleman checking me in was a little slow and put answering the phone above attending the paid customer standing in front of him and kept repeating what he had already told me because he would lose his train of thought when answering the phone. The location is difficult to find after driving in literal circles for almost 45 minutes before finally locating the entrance I may have been a little less patient that I normally might have been

Pros:

The room was nice and clean. We didn't do breakfast. Also, I picked this hotel because you DO NOT ALLOW PETS. I'm not pet friendly nor do I want to sleep in a room after a pet has been there. The most important thing for me was transportation to the airport, FREE and you start the shuttle @4:30 so booking an early flight is no problem. When traveling in the area I will book here again.

I can't say anything negative. I enjoy the stsy.

The shower had an old shower head and no rail. It was a little slippery.

Convenient park, sleep and fly
Pros:

I spent a night at this hotel near RDU before an early cross-country flight. I was able to park my vehicle at the hotel and take advantage of leaving my vehicle at the hotel smd taking the shuttle to the airport.

Convenient location
Pros:

The location. Close to the airport. It has a free shuttle.

Cons:

I was not informed that I had to call the shuttle. I found it out at the airport.
The person who did the checkin had a bad attitude and couldn’t answer simple questions like whether it was safe to drink water from the faucet.
