Pros:

The room was nice and clean. We didn't do breakfast. Also, I picked this hotel because you DO NOT ALLOW PETS. I'm not pet friendly nor do I want to sleep in a room after a pet has been there. The most important thing for me was transportation to the airport, FREE and you start the shuttle @4:30 so booking an early flight is no problem. When traveling in the area I will book here again.

Cons:

I can't say anything negative. I enjoy the stsy.

Convenient location
Pros:

The location. Close to the airport. It has a free shuttle.

Cons:

I was not informed that I had to call the shuttle. I found it out at the airport.
The person who did the checkin had a bad attitude and couldn’t answer simple questions like whether it was safe to drink water from the faucet.

Pros:

Carpet was coming up in the halls, very strong odor, room was dingy and hair from previous guest was on the bathroom floor. Found a bright orange pill by the bed and furniture was very worn.

Very timely pick up from the airport at midnight
Pros:

Very friendly staff. Very clean. We arrived at the airport almost midnight. I called the property and the driver came within 10 minutes to pick up us. That was very nice.

Location. The driver who picked me up was asbsolutely wonderful, very professional, helpful and he really cared. Also, the driver who took me to the airport was great!!!

Cons:

Upon entrance the reception staff was not helpful. The hotel is not ideal for comfort, but ideal for convenience because of location. Breakfast starts at 6am. So, if you are on an early flight it would not be ideal. No room service, no porters to help with bags. I was told by the receptionist i have to push the porter trolley myself. No water in the room.

Was our third visit to this hotel which has gone way down hill from 3 years ago. Shuttle drivers were nice & helpf

Is close to airport & Chops restaurant.

Cons:

Receptionist-Battel was extremely poorly spoken-could not understand her & she was horribly informed & not helpful at all. She was borderline rude.
