Excellent service, my highest regards to Ms. Patricia at the lobby
Pros:

The main reason for giving my highest review was the staff, most definitely the outstanding service provided from the first impression at check-in with Ms. PATRICIA. This hotel has a top shelf help desk employee in her. She takes ownership of any mishap, she is cordial, respectful and ver professional. If I was the owner, I'd make sure that she is clearly in charge of training, monitoring and auditing all the staff.

In addition to good service, the food, location, cleanliness were great. Mr. Beltran, Mr. Jonathan, Ms. Angelica were awesome.

No coincidas con Rocio y Patricia en recepción, llevarás una desilusión

Mi opinión sobre este hotel se crea desde el momento del check-in

Cons:

Llegamos al hotel a la hora del check-in con una reserva hecha desde abril (nos alojamos a mediados de junio). Al llegar a recepción estaban dos personas (Rocio y Patricia ) que solo les faltó escupirnos a la cara. Nos dicen que mi reserva está cancelada y que no hay habitaciones disponibles. Les explico que tengo mi confirmación de reserva, les enseño los correos y no tienen no la decencia de mirarme ni a la cara y al movil donde tengo los correos, solo responden no hay habitaciones ahora ni las vamos a tener más tarde, está completo y tenemos que alojar a los grupos que llegaron. Entonces con todos mis papeles y mi razón les pregunto ; viajo 8000 km para quedarme en la calle a lo que me contestan con los hombros que ese es problema mío.
Cuando empiezo a alterarme (después de más de 20 minutos )sale la directora de ventas y me dice que no me preocupe que me buscarán la habitación. Porque llevaban 3 días con booking cerrado para reservas, yo le digo que tengo la habitación reservada desde abril, ( se sorprende). Nos manda para la terraza a tomar algo mientras “solucionan el problema” . Mientras estoy en la terraza entro en booking y tienen 5 habitaciones disponibles para las fechas que yo escogí y aún así me dicen que mi reserva está cancelada y que tienen cerrado booking. De chiste !
Al cabo de un rato aparece la habitación y por cortesía nos dan 2 noches en una suite.
Resumen: después del apuron no me vale de nada que me des una suite. Yo tenía mi habitación confirmada desde abril para viajar tranquila.
Al hacer el check out le decimos al chico de la recepción, suerte que no estaba ni Rocio ni Patricia , que el agua de la ducha estaba muy fría a lo que contesta que el agua fría es buena para la circulación 🤷🏻‍♀️
Total tantas ganas que teníamos de estar en este hotel y la malísima experiencia que nos llevamos. Tratar asi a cualquier persona es horrible y te pueden fastidiar las vacaciones. Una pena
