Es mi primera vez aquí y mi esposo y yo quedamos muy satisfecho tanto que extendimo una semana más solo que no estuvo la picina disponible pero igual muy contenta todo lo que necesitamos todo el personal no los facilitó gracias.

en general esta bien, las habita iones super ejecutivas sobretodo.

la segunda habitación que nos asignaron, porque el primer dia nos dieron una habitación inferior a la que pagamos.

Hotel che conosco perché ho soggiornato diverse volte. É in fase di lavori e la piscina era chiusa. Non ho ricevuto nessuna informazione tramite Booking ma solo dutante il check in. Piccoli intoppi tipo, l'aria condizionata non funzionava, quindi mi hanno cambiato camera, la porta balcone era bloccata, l'acqua del water non funziona. Poi dopo 30/40 minuti abbiamo risolto ma é anche vero che un Hotel di questo prestigio dovrebbe giá garantire un servizio e una attenzione piú curata.
