Thanks for the hospitality
Pros:

The room was nice and comfortable even for 3 people.

Cons:

The price was a little high for one night. Almost 200 bucks

Hotel staff need leadership and initiative.
Pros:

The coffee was ok.

Cons:

The rooms were dusty, the toilets were clogged in the room and in the lobby. No toilet paper readily available. Poor to non existent cleaning, old food left in stairwell for two days. Elevator door tracks were dirty and barely operable. The room window was filthy.

The room was spaceous. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Upon checkin we inquired as to what floor was usually used for pets. We were told the first floor, but when we got off the elevator on the 3rd floor a room had a pet sign on the door. Since we had someone alergic to cats we asked it if was a dog or cat and they could not tell me. When asked if the room was feather free we were told us but when we got to th room we found a down pillow. Next morning we were told all rooms have one down pillow. The night reception did not seem to be welll informed.

This room felt like a home away from home.
Pros:

The rooms were very nice and I love that there were ceiling fans.

Très agréable hôtel en périphérie de Birmingham
Pros:

Endroit très agréable, chambre spacieuse, petite cuisine dans la chambre et bon petit déjeuner (bien meilleur que ce qui habituellement proposé aux USA)
